Anywhoo...lovely post as always...I also thought of that point while watching the epi...the way Gulaal instantly balked at the idea of leaving the house...and even if she may have later given the reasoning that this is her "penance", I also think subconsciously it is her inability to leave Kesar...consciously she will try to be as much of a martyr as she can about this...but subconsciously her heart cannot live without Kesar's presence in her life...it is only later she will come to realize how integral that's become to her existence.


Big fireworks coming up tomorrow...I hope the confrontation happens in the first few minutes only and by mid-end of the epi, GK are in their new house :P

And as for what reason will make Gulaal agree to leave? I would lay my bets on Kesar exercising some PATI rights once again :P LOL...Gulaal should know what a HUGE weapon she's handed to him by HERSELF acknowledging that she is his patni...ab toh Kesar full faayda uthaayega all he can😆

As angel says - Home is where Heart is! The way she told Revji main apna ghar chodkar apke saath nahi aa sakti - after PB said there was no place in the hearts of the people or the house for her... well, she was only talking about Kesar - whether or not she realizes! I like the significance of Revji's question as well - ab is ghar mein tere rukne ki aur wajah kya bachi hai! Although it's a rhetoric question from Revji - technically, it should act sounding board for Gulaal - what is her reason after all!

LMAO worddd...he is SO taking full advantage...they are both sharp about things like this...the moment Gulaal figured out her "meri khushi ke liye" leverage, she used that to her full advantage whenever she could...and now Kesar is doing the very same...koi chance nahin chhodta yeh reiterate karne ka that he's her PATI and he will exercise his rights as a Pati to care for her, protect her in anyway he can.

Just some more random thoughts:

Gulaal has come a longgg way from just hardly a month back when she was so utterly SURE about leaving the house soon enough...achha chalo house chhodo...somebody explain to me...SF knows the truth about the deeyarvattu breaking now...then why is Kesar still sleeping in the same room? Gulaal ko uspe daya aa gayi and didn't want him sleeping on the terrace?😆 Or she wants him around as ludo partner anytime the whim strikes her now?😆

Anyways so this leads to the larger point about the home...hardly a few weeks back, Gulaal was so sure, so determined to eventually leave...even if she figured she would miss the house, the family so much but it was one of those "tough" decisions she'd have to make cuz that's what's "right"..."Yehi sahi hoga"...and now we come to present day...Gulaal literally had a PANICKED look in her eyes when Revji suggested that she come with him...heck even KESAR agreed and said that maybe it's best she leaves...that it would save her the pain and humiliation...and what does she do??? She refuses...she digs in in vintage STUBBORN Galool mode..."Main kahin nahin jaaungi"...and latest Galool-ism..."Yeh mera parivaar hai...if they can give me love and respect, they also have the right to punish me"...oh irony irony...when they gave her love and respect, then she wanted to leave...when they are giving her taunts and lashing out at her, THEN she wants to stay...and more than just stay, she is moving more and more seamlessly into accepting Kesar's unflinching presence in her life as her HUSBAND...that she is his WIFE...

What makes her stay...Indeed the biggest question of the day setting up basis for the next phase...

Anyways, I think we're going to get answers as will Gulaal when she actually gets a break from this toxic atmosphere...hurray for GK's new home :P

She has come a very long way. A few episodes back she would get so annoyed when her friends used to keep throwing that pati word at her...that word 'pati' would just plain irritate her. Now Kesu is using that word every few minutes and I would like to think she actually finds comfort in it...

I saw that panicked look too, when Revji told her he was taking her along with him! In fact when Kesu agreed with Revji...I saw that panicked, confused look again...something like - you want me to leave?? Ohhh...she is so love with him...she just needs one moment for the feeling to kind of well up from her heart to her mind! I am actually waiting for a scene where everything around her will be moving BUT she will be standing still staring at Kesu and the waves of realization washing over her 😍
