Very nice and complex topic. It is hard to predict atm because it depends on how the chain of events will unfold.

If Dulli to happen then under what circumstance and how? Who advocate Dulli or Dushyanth himself? Like trifolia said about Dusyanth's reaction to Gulser how would Thalli feel knowing 2 men in her life were/are madly in love with Gulaal?

How Vansanth's mystery unfolds to the family? By whom? There is a chance of both elder brothers may face each other and Raman use this trump card to manipulate the situation and put Dushyanth on spot light. In that case it will be a treat to watch JK's dilemma as to which son to support.

The equation of not only Kesar and Dushyanth but Dushyanth and the whole family will change depending on how these events will unfold.

I don't think any of Vasanth's family will forgive Dushyanth so easily, they will just learn to live with it, maybe for Thalli and family's sake.

BTW-Given the current Dushyanth I don't think he will have vengeance for Gulser, he might at last be at peace given that Gulaal is happy. It could be Thalli who might have things against Gulser that she has to live seeing them.

I still think that the Kesar-Dushyant issue will be resolved within the ambit of KG's storyline because that is the bigger picture with all these sub-plots affecting their angle.

Kesar has become dormant regarding the whole Vasant murder because of Gulaal. His main problem was Gulaal saving Dushyant and her potential relationship with him. I found Kesar's angst so fascinating even though it may seem selfish of him to be less concerned with the murderer of his brother and more due to his jealousy of Gulaal-Dushyant. Now I think he's assured that there is nothing brewing the two, he's put everything on a back burner. But we all know it has to come out one day. I'm trying to think if Kesar will go back to his vengeance mode because it all depends on how the revelation is made. Let's say Durgesh comes back and he decides to reveal the entire truth to the family, Gulaal will try to protect Dushyant but would Kesar dare to go against her again?

As I said, it all depends on how the matter is brought to surface again. At the moment, Kesar has no reason to mistrust Gulaal and as we all know that she matters to him the most which is why he has buried this secret too.

I know I am going out of the topic if you find it annoying please ignore me.

If Thalli's marriage does break the 2nd time-then how much would Kesar and the entire family hold him responsible for Thalli's plight?

The 1st time he was wrong in the sense that he got into the marriage fiasco himself, he didn't Think about Thalli nor her questions about why he wanted to marry her. But he was at least right in the sense he broke the marriage because he truly didn't deceive her with the fake/loveless marriage and don't wanted to harm her. Like he said to Sudha rather than a lifetime of pain he freed her.

Now in the 2nd time Thalli for whatever the reasons committing herself to the marriage. She has clues which she is ignoring and the whole family maybe except Raman and Jk are warning her. It's not like she left with no choice. This time it is completely her choice.

Reemz-you are right, it largely depends on how the events unfold.

His past anger all were shown to point all about Gulaal, if she is betraying or not? And ATM he can't show much grudges with D event if he wants to because of the blunders he made in the past and how he wants peace in the house.

I don't know how it will be revelled but I don't know why but I have this feeling if Dulli to happen somewhere along the way there will be a heart to heart talk of the whole Vasanth's murder between Gulser.

@ Surithy - You're not off topic at all, even we all hate entering the Talli realm of topics! Thing is, Talli cannot be left out of picture, if Dulli does happen, because she will become involved beyond just a love triangle, whether we like her or not. Gulaal has learned to forgive (or something like it) Dushyant and live with it for Vasant's dream. Kesar has made peace for Gulaal. What about Talli? Can she forgive Dushyant for all his past (if and when she learns of it)? Just for being his wife, if that happens? Just maybe not. And if GK side with Dushyant who is now reformed against the family, I think Talli will be finally on the opposite side. Just a thought...

I too feel that Kes has put Dushy on the back burner for now. I don't know if this is possible but above all (and I mean...even above Vasant's death), what bothered Kesar the most was the fact that Gulaal and Dushyant might have had a thing. Again, I might be completely wrong here. The fact is that he lived with all these doubts for so many years, when he came back many incidents fanned those doubts (elections, Gulaal siding with Dushy etc) but at the end of the day, that big confrontation by the lake put a lot of his doubts to rest. Besides, he can't ignore what is happening in front of his eyes right? Since he has been back, Gulaal is always around him and he has not seen anything that might indicate the Gulaal and Dushyant might have feelings for each other (no shy glances, no touchy feely stuff..)

About Dushy...I agree with what Nur said...I don't think Dushy has ever seen Kesar as a threat because he still sees Kesar as the youngest brother. I think Dushy knows Gulaal pretty well too and is quite confident that she could never fall in love with Kesar. In many episodes, I have seen Dushy treating Kesar like a little kid and honestly, Kesar;s behavior since his return has just made matters worst in terms of being treated like an adult (the whole DV matter, his tantrums, temper, zidd in relation to Gulaal etc etc). I still feel that Dushy has feelings for Gulaal but because of all that has happened, his guilt, shame and embarrassment...he will never have the guts to cross paths with her again. It will be very interesting to see how Dushy reacts when Gulaal does start falling for Kesar because whatever said and done and no matter how much he might have changed...I still feel that Dushy has that mean streak in him still!!

Both Kesar and Dushy have extreme emotions in them. While Kesar is still coming to terms with his love for Gulaal...Dushy has been to the brink of his obsession for her and come back to sanity...but both of them have this extreme element in them when it comes to Gulaal.

Jzee-Yeh! you are right. In Thalli's pov she will feel betrayed by all 3 and more than D she might have grudges with Gulser. If the events take place then she has too much to handle: Seeing Gulser together, living with a man who she never ever thought of as an option, the way her marriage goes, Gulser hiding the truth and being married to a murderer. Everything will culminate to her grey side. She is scarring me nowadays.

Well said Anjalg. – You have summed it up.

You are right D still have that mean streak in him with the guilt, embarrassment, and shame as you say. He does looks peace when it comes to family, he speaks sense and all but we should also remember how he threatened the witness, to what extent he goes to hide his truth like having a spy on Kesar.

Gulaal will try at all costs , to protect Kesar from being killed off by Dhusyant. Kesar was not a threat before but the minute she shows how much she loves Kesar, all the demons from Dhusyant's past will arise to haunt him. Dhusyant wants that Gulaal favour him. He acts 'good' to garner sympathy from Gulaal. She once said "You always take away the things I love." Didn't she?

Sorry if I spoke out of turn. Just how I feel it'.. Btw new to the forum.

Just adding my 2 cents coz this show grabbed me like a magnet to it the day I was channel surfing with TV remote. The episode which drew me to it was the one on the 16th June 2011.

The dynamics of the brother's relationship is bound to change when Gulaal finally falls in love with Kesar... Dushyant has accepted the fact that Gulaal cannot let go of Vasant and hence feels that she can never go beyond him (Vasant)... but when he sees her feeling for Kesar, it is bound to ignite his feeling of rejection... which had led to the horrible abduction stint...

I don't think that Dushyant will go back to being a full-fledged villain again, the whole 10-year redemption process will be wasted then. However, there would be some interesting changes in the equation between the trio for sure. Gulaal had chosen to do DV with Kesar instead of him 10 years ago, and this had hurt his ego, but this will be a bigger blow when he realises that she has given him a place in her heart the way he had yearned for ages... If Talli is also there in the picture, then it wil add to the overall masala of the show... I can't predict how these two would react, but it would not be all goody goody for sure...
