Now either which way, Talli's reply is going to affect Gulaal.

If she forgives her completely, there can be hope that Gulaal is away from that guilt. But that means Gulaal was never wrong and Kesar is proven wrong and it will add up to her conclusion that Kesar is immature.

If she doesn't forgive, Gulaal goes further deep into guilt and would never ever open up to Kesar. Here again, it would be as if Kesar was wrong and Gulaal was always Mahaan.

Talli has a tough task ahead. Either which way, Gulaal will try to play it around in her favor(her favor being not wanting to get out of the tortoise shell like how Srushti says)

Can't agree with you more on Thalli not forgiving. It all depends on how Thalli forgives Gulaal-maybe as to where Gulaal went wrong in her promise and comparing her intetion.

I did say this even before the breaking DV fiasco that no matter what Gulaal's guilt instinct shouldn't let her use Thalli as a shield.

Why Kesar brought Thalli and left that poor Reva at home-I don't know. Oh man she is there for only few days, why not bring her in if Thalli is in? In shows pov I agree with Reemz-to emphasize the public view of the whole thing, I mean for all 3 characters like someone earlier said, even for Thalli to see what the society see the GK as, which she doesn't feel at home.

Gulaal declaring the pati-patni does indicate she is getting comfortable with at least the label if not the reality.

Like Fevr-the Dushanth look didn't scare me either. I thought it was the happiness seeing her really happy after such a long time also like fevr said about JK pov.

Mey-simi and Lennie-I do go with Mey-simi but if Lennie's prediction to come true then it would be when she falls for Kesar, that too I doubt tho because of his guilt. When Gulaal falls for Kesar, D might have a complex as to why no him but again there is that burden of guilt he is carrying for so long which will block his complex.

Nureat01-spot on about the last scene regarding Gulaal.

Excellent post and replies-the discussion never seems to end nor the interpretation of the episode/scene.

She does? I just generally don't like Bonnie at all, sorry😆...She's ruined whatever image I had of Ginny from the books...she just doesn't live up to it...Emma on the other hand does justice to Hermione very well.

Jzee!!!! i finally read it!!! in the middle somewhere i got enlightened!!! some parts were super duper funny! you know that i love ur sense of humour and the way u play with the words!!! i esp. loved the "vintage" wala phrase!!!! hahahahaha!!!!! 🤣
