What a episode - and what scenes

I think today's episode, everyone needs to see and feel it, and feel the emotions and so on

First scene was high drama with a total shock to Gulaal that she had to step away and go to her room, and the second scene between Gulaal and Vasant's photo was heartwrenching - i think this must be the first time Gulaal (maybe) has ever broke down like this (after so many years), esp asking him why he left her and so on, why he isnt here today with her - that was heartwrenching

Its even more sad when JK accuses Gulaal of snatching D's happiness or whatever, when in reality it was D who snatched Gulaal's life, her happiness from her, that her Vasant isnt here today coz of him, and that is the reason why D can never be what JK wants him to be and goes around accuses anyone and everyone

I liked MB saying that he isnt going to do anything without Gulaal's say so and permission and so on, and that someone is spreading these lies and why after all this time ppl are saying it now

Paanbha/Kesar's scene was good, when PB says to him how can he even ask that question, even Kesar knew that beforehand i feel that how can he ask that question, but he had to ask, and PB saying that everything Gulaal did back then, and you saw Kesar's trying to keep his tears in and the hurt and every emotion he felt for Gulaal in those eyes despite it being shut, you saw it and felt it, and PB is right Gulaal needs support and her own ppl there for her and for him to do that, as we saw him think about her words and then we see Talli add more to how Gulaal is and so on and you saw Kesar cant take Gulaal being in pain or hurting, and Kesar makes that decision to go and atleast be with Gulaal, just when he takes a step to reach out, something has to slap him down doesnt it, and take a step back and go back in time to what he heard those words that eat him up, that riles him up and pains him even more, and helplessly goes back to the past and what the ladies said earlier and Raman and then the one flashback and words that have haunt him the last 10 yrs, and to see D going to Gulaal and going into her room - must of hurt like anything

I am so shocked at the precap, not just coz of the slap but coz it was only yesterday i was thinking of Kesar's character, and how i have summed him up and see him and what i think he should be doing next, and it happens in the precap - the Vasant bit, him saying he isnt like Vasant, he cant ever be like Vasant, think like Vasant, what ppl hope for him to be like Vasant (not that Kesar is saying that being like Vasant is wrong or anything but i think Kesar feels like he isnt the ideal man like Vasant, he cant ever be upto that mark, and feels like he isnt good enough to ever be like how Vasant was and what ppl want for him) and then finally snapping at D, and how he has no right to ever say anything to him, coz he lost that right years ago - i was expecting that as well, and i was expecting Gulaal to be standing and looking on hearing what Kesar is saying, but then we see her slap him, i felt that slap (am i not gonna say its wrong or right and so on, at the moment Gulaal felt she had to slap him i guess - esp how he was speaking out to everyone though she reacted when Kesar was having a go at D but just think what impact that slap is gonna do to him instead of saying how can she slap him etc lol)

As for the slap i am wondering how and when that slap comes in the episode, or maybe it will be how it was shown in the precap at that point or what 😕

That slap is gonna hurt and break Kesar is many ways, half of him will accept that slap, and sees it her right to slap him to what he was saying, and accept it as his punishment, accept the hurt and pain and the other half of him will detest it coz of how she slapped him when he was saying about D, coz thats when she reacted and so on - and that hurt and pain will break him and rage in him.

That slap is gonna widen Kes-Gul even more as we saw, i am wondering why they put a slap in there, they could of just had Gulaal shout at him, but i think the slap made it much more impactful and esp for Kesar to feel the after effects, for his character to get more intense and more wounded up, i guess this was the impact needed and as it said in the TB article i feel Kesar is gonna be in such vengeance mood that all he does from now is, is about destroying D/Gulaal coz it did say he ends up thinking Gulaal has some feelings for D, and not more so destroying himself along with it

Kesar is such a complex and brilliant character, and you just feel so much for him and what he goes through - you feel his pain and rage

With Gulaal you also feel for her as well, and the heartwrenching things she has had to go through and what she is in a way going through esp what we saw today

Neil and Manasi are brilliant

Ok the slow person I can be at times, totally missed the Vasant referance by Kesar. I'm SO glad he said.👏 I think every member of the family needs to get it in to their heads that he is not Vasant, he is Kesar who has a mind of his own. Stop trying to make him someone he is not!

The episode flowed well today and it was much much much better than the last couple of episodes especially because it was concentrating on Gulaal and Kesar's emotions. Thats what we connect to right?

As I said somewhere else, I am going to reserve my judgement on the slap tomorrow to see what Kesar says exactly. Both the scenes with Gulaal talking to Vasant's photo and Kesar talking to paanba were beautiful.

His family wanting him to be like Vasant - the person that Vasant was, the ideal Vasant isnt wrong in a way, most parents think that sometimes, but Kesar is not Vasant - he will never be, he can fulfill all of Vasant's dreams but he wont be Vasant, and i dont think Kesar wants to be Vasant, coz no one can take Vasant's place and also the way Kesar is i feel he doesnt think he is layak of that place at all

I think the family knows that he isnt Vasant as such but they have so many hopes for him that they had for Vasant, that Kesar needed to get out that he isnt Vasant and for them to stop hoping for that, Kesar knows what person he is, what he feels and what his weakness is and what he battles with, and he doesnt see him above upto Vasant (not saying that is Kesar is wrong but thats how i see Kesar's thinking)

This episode was mainly about Gulaal, and what her life has reached and what she has done all her life and overcome and the strength she had to do all that, and today after all this - her character is being pointed at, and PB says for a woman - her character is above all, and like you say today was about Gulaal's and Kesar's emotions and so on

i agree about the slap, i will see what happens tomorrow but from's everyone's pov in the house, they all might think Kesar has crossed the limit and Gulaal does and went to slap him, imagine yourself listening to what Kesar is saying out aloud, not knowing what goes inside of him and what he knows, and what he battles with, we would all think he is crossing the limits in how he is speaking out and so on

I know that no one will like what i say but..Kesar deserves the slap, there is more to the precap, he must have said something else that made Gulaal give him one. we just have to wait and see. If he wants to put his pov forward then he should spit it out and say what he heard all those years ago. Finally the truth will come out, it will be like a death sentence to Motabha but at least he will come to know what happened when Vasant died

I somewhat agree with you about the slap, esp how and when and why its done, he probably does deserve a slap in the sense that he might of said something way out of line and so on esp if we put ourselves in the shoes of the household members looking on at Kesar and what and how he is speaking, as no one in the house knows what he battles with and so on, so really to them all it looks like Kesar is crossing all limits and talking disrespectfully doesnt it and so on

But then seeing the slap in full connecting it to the story makes it more interesting and that too with the Kes-Gul factor

The slap is gonna be impactful in so many way i think, and esp for Kesar and also how this adds more frictions and intensity to Kes-Gul

hmm you r right .Today i feel cts will show talli and kesar marriage 😡.As there r same production house of balika bhadhu( i never watch) but today i saw a news of IF that main male lead (jagia) will marry different girl not Anandiny(main female lead )

So my intention saying that we will see talli and kesar marriage 😡.thatswhy cts will show slap scene inbetween kesar and gulaal which will turn big issue😭

Great post Lennie!

I might be wrong but I have a feeling the slap will be for the way Kesar was speaking to Motaabha! I don't think Gulaal will slap Kesar for his rude words to Dush...After all Dush is very much capable of looking after himself but Gulaal will not tolerate any 'badtameezee' to Motabhaa!

We'll just have to wait and see...
