Written Update Feb 28

The scene left off where Mota Baa assigns the factory key to Gulaal. Gulaal gives the keys to Mota Bha's loyal guy (forgot his name) who spoke to Paan Baa's about the wrong-doings in the factory. Jamna Kaki and her son walk away upset.

Mota Bha's brother is very upset and scolds his son that because of him, he will look like a robber as well. Jamna Kaki defends her son and tells her husband that he is only taking what should have been rightfully his. The son is upset and frustrated, and calls out to his wife for sympathy. Sudha doesn't respond and empties his bag of money near him on the bed, telling him to talk to money, not her - the money will show him sympathy because he is used to talking to money, not her. 👏

Reva runs into Yogesh in the temple, and he tries to make her laugh. She tells him that marriage talks are going on between Yogesh and Reva, and she tells him to refuse to marry her because she doesn't want to bear the weight of sympathy (ehsaan).

Kesar and Talli are in school. Kesar tells her that he got Dushyant's signature and Rs. 20 for his English marks. Gulaal's mom calls her and tells her that Yogesh agreed to marry Reva. Gulaal and Paan Baa are happy and tell Reva, who refuses to marry Yogesh because she doesn't believe that happiness is in her fate, and she doesn't want to get her hopes up.

Kesar and Talli go to the market and come across a bangle shop. He wants to buy bangles for Gulaal, Reva, Talli, and Jamna Kaki's daughter. He doesn't have enough money though, so he gambles and buys bangles for everyone. He goes home and gives everyone bangles. Gulaal asks him where he got the money, and he says "Dushyant". Dushyant was just passing by and hears this. Gulaal asks why. Dushyant tells her about Kesar's English marks. Gulaal is shocked to hear that he got only 18 out of 50, and also that he gambled to get extra money to buy the bangles. Gulaal becomes very upset and hits Kesar on his hands with a stick. Mota Baa comes to Kesar's rescue. Gulaal is still very upset and tells Dushyant that it is his fault - he should not have given Kesar money. She ends it by telling Dushyant "why do you want to snatch my love from me everytime".

Precap: Reva comes running into the house and tells everyone that Murji Bhai was attacked with sticks, and Yogesh took him to the hospital. Murji Bhai is the same guy who was given the factory keys by Gulaal.

I thought Gulaal was over-the-top in this episode. There was no need for her to start shouting and beating Kesar. She has been hitting him often now, and should instead explain to him properly. She has also started getting very angry. She shouts at him in front of everyone instead of explaining things separately. Berating Dushyant as well in front of everyone was uncalled for. He has changed and has proven himself to be a changed man - Gulaal needs to take a chill pill sometimes. She is just too intense at times.
