Gulaal is upset and confronts Panba about Dushyant's plan of marrying her. Panba tells her that she has left the decision to Gulaal. Panba is stunned to learn of Dushyant's overt confessions of love even while Vasant was alive. Gulaal declares that she would rather die than marry anyone again. Panba assures Gulaal of her support. Jamna and Ramanlal talk to the village heads about their intention to get Gulaal and Dushyant married. The villagers gossip about Gulaal and Dushyant's marriage. Gulaal is furious on overhearing the villagers talk about her marriage. She confronts Dushyant for spreading word in the village. Gulaal refuses to accept his proposal. She is furious when Dushyant insists that Vasant is dead. Gulaal tells him that Vasant might be alive. She clarifies that she wishes to lead a happy life as a widow rather than being a wife to Dushyant. Dushyant tells Gulaal that he wants to make her his wife and give her a more respectful position. He is furious at Gulaal for failing to understand his love for her. Gulaal refuses to marry him at any cost. Panba overhears the conversation between Dushyant and Gulaal. Reva consoles the upset Gulaal. Sudha insists that Dushyant woo Gulaal by cultivating a good nature and habits. Kesar is excited, thinking that Gulaal will stay back in Talsagra if she gets married to Dushyant. Kesar is angry when Gulaal insists that he study, and runs away. Dushyant holds Kesar by the neck and threatens him to heed Gulaal's advice. Kesar is angry. Gulaal warns Dushyant never to hurt Kesar again.

Gulaal learns that Jamna has revealed the truth about Vasant to Motabha. She is shocked to see Motabha entering into a coma. Gulaal confronts Jamna about talking to Motabha and revealing about Vasant's death to him. Vasant's family is stunned to learn of this. Jamna is furious at Gulaal for questioning her and insists that she behave like a widow. Panba and Daiba are upset on knowing that Motabha is in a coma. Gulaal is hurt with Jamna's words. She is upset, thinking of Vasant. Ramanlal insists that Jamna give consent for Gulaal's marriage with Dushyant. Raman shares with Jamna and Sudha his plan of laying hands on Gulaal and Kesar's property by getting Gulaal and Dushyant married. Jamuna is impressed with the plan. Dushyant is excited when Ramanlal tells him that he succeeded in convincing Jamna for his marriage with Gulaal. Jamna apologises to Panba and pretends to be concerned about Gulaal. Panba is stunned when Jamna suggests Gulaal and Dushyant's marriage. Kesar overhears Gulaal and Panba's conversation. Panba makes it clear to Jamna that the decision of marriage entirely depends on Gulaal. Gulaal is shocked when Kesar informs her about Jamna's intention.

Kesar insists that Gulaal reveal the truth about Vasant to Motabha, but she refuses to do so, as Motabha hasn't recovered yet. Jamna forces Dushyant to change his decision, but he is firm about marrying Gulaal. Dushyant insists on calling the Panchayat if Jamna refuses to get him married to Gulaal. He locks Jamna in a room when she doesn't agree with him. Gulaal meets Motabha, but hides the truth about Vasant from him. Motabha is moved to see Gulaal. Gulaal is heartbroken when Motabha enquires about Vasant. Motabha is happy under the false impression that Vasant is alive and safe. Giga, Jamuna and Sudha are stunned to learn about Motabha's will from Ramanlal. Giga, Jamna and Sudha are shocked when Ramanlal informs them about the terms of Motabha's Will. He clarifies that Gulaal would have a major share of the property Giga insists on discussing the matter with Motabha. Kesar overhears Giga and Jamna's conversation, and feels that Giga and Sudha are going to talk to Motabha about Vasant's death. Kesar requests Gulaal to stop them from visiting the hospital. Gulaal and Kesar rush to stop Jamna and Ramanlal from meeting Motabha. Ramanlal and Jamna meet Motabha and fight with him about the will. Motabha's condition becomes critical when Ramanlal and Jamna inform Motabha about Vasant's death. Gulaal and Kesar reach the hospital
