I actually like what Badi Guddan is doing, its needed.
She can see and the audience too, that Agastya is a good man, good heart. No malice in him and loves his Guddan very much, loving and caring. She is right when she says he is weak concerning his mother... his weakness is his spiteful mother... he keeps being weak around, and keep letting her words melt him each time. He needs to be stronger around that, and punish his mother... which is what Badi Guddan whole plan is about for the good of him and his relationship with Choti Guddan.
