Part 13

Akshat calls everyone in the living room. Guddan also comes there.

Dadi- Kya baat hai Lalla,tumne hum sab ko yahaan kyun bulaaya? Koi zaroori baat hai Kya??

Angad- Haan Bhai batayiye Kya kehna chahte Hain aap ??

Akshat- Maa,I have decided to get married to Aisha on the same day of Angad's and revti's wedding.

Hearing this, Guddan's gets upset and runs away from there.

She comes back to her room and starts crying.

Meanwhile in the living room

Dadi- Lalla,yeh kuch zyaada toh nahi ho jaayega na. Kahin Guddan jaladbaazi mein apne aap ko takleef na pahuncha le.

Akshat- Kuch nahi hoga maa,yeh iss plan ka aakhri step hai. Aur Hume yeh karna hi hoga. Main jaanta Hoon ki Guddan yeh Shaadi kabhi nahi hone degi. Main chahta Hoon ki woh yeh Shaadi khud role.

Dadi- Theek hai Lalla,jaisa tu theek samjhe. Hum sab tumahre saath Hain.

Akshat- Thank you maa aur ab aap log Meri engagement ki tyaari karein kyunki main Kal hi yeh engagement ka natak karne Wala Hoon.

Kishore and vardaan- Don't worry papa,hum saare arrangements Kar lenge. You don't worry.

Everyone starts preparing for the engagement ceremony.Akshat also leaves from there and goes to Guddan's room.

He sees her lying on the bed and crying. He couldn't see her crying but he was feeling helpless.

Clearing his throat,he spoke

Akshat- Tum toh kyun rahi ho?? Tumhe toh khush hona chahiye ki Maine Aisha se Shaadi karne ka faisla Kar liya hai. Aur kal main usse engagement karne Wala Hoon aur main chahta Hoon ki engagement ring tum pasand Karo.

Guddan gets shocked hearing the news of his engagement.

Guddan- Engagement,itni jaldi?? Kuch zyaada hi jaldbaazi mein nahi hain aap Mr. Jindal. Kher koi baat nahi hum aapki madad karenge. Jo bhi aapko Meri help chahiye hum karne ko tyaar hai. Aakhir aapki engagement hai,sab much perfect hona chahiye. A lone tear rolls down from her eye. She wipes it quickly.

Akshat- Tum khush ho na kyunki tum mujhe khush lag nahi rahi??

Guddan- Hume Kya hona hai?? Hum bilkul theek Hain aur bahut khush Hain.

Akshat holds her from her shoulders and says

Akshat- Aakhir tum chahti Kya ho?? Kyun tum mere Dil ki baat nahi samajh rahi ho??

Guddan- Hum kuch nahi chahte ho na hi hum kuch samajhna chahte Hain. Hum bus itna jaante Hain ki hamara aap par koi haq nahi hai aur na hi aapke saath koi rishta hai. Hum chahte Hain ki aap yeh sagai Kar lein.

Akshat (angry)- Tum yahi chahti ho toh theek hai,aaj shaam ko main yeh sagai karunga aur tum yeh sab apni aankhon se dekhogi.

Saying this he goes from there.

She lies on her bed at starts crying vigorously.

In the evening, engagement function begins.

Akshat and Aisha stand on the stage. Akshat is waiting for Guddan to come.

Dadi- Lalla,kiska intezaar Kar Raha hai??

Akshat- Usi ka maa, jiske paas Meri sagai ki angoothi hai.

Just then Guddan comes there with the ring. She hands over the ring to Akshat. Her eyes are wet. Still she manages to have a fake smile on her face.

She is about to leave from there but he stops her

Akshat- Kahaan ja rahi ho Guddan??

Guddan- Woh Hume kuch kaam hai.

Akshat- Meri sagai se zyaada important aur kaunsa kaam ho sakta hai?? Come to the stage and stand here.

She couldn't deny and goes to the stage.She is crying silently.

Akshat pretends to flirt with Aisha in front of her. Guddan is unable to handle all this. Akshat is about to put the ring in Aisha's hand, suddenly Guddan stops him and looks at him with teary eyes.

Akshat- Why are you stopping me Guddan?? You wanted this, right??

Guddan - I don't know why am I stopping you but I don't want you to do this engagement.

Akshat- Tum kyun nahi chahti ki main yeh engagement karoon?? Please ab toh bol do Jo main Sunna chahta Hoon.

Guddan(with so much courage)- Main yeh sagai isliye nahi hone Dena chahti kyunki main chahti Hoon ki aap mujhse sagai karein ,iss Aisha se nahi. I don't know yeh sab kaise hua , even I can't believe ki main aapko pasand Kar sakti Hoon. I only realized this feeling when I saw you with some other girl. I couldn't see you with someone else.

She starts getting some faded flashbacks of Akshat in her mind. She helds her head. Her head hits the floor and faints. She gets an injury on her head.

Akshat gets worried and runs towards her. He picks her up in his arms and takes her to his room. He calls the doctor to check her condition.

She is still unconsious. Doctor asks Akshat to take care of her. Akshat sits near her holding her hand.

Finally she gains consciousness after sometime and opens her eyes. She sees Akshat in front of her and smiles.
