sidhu killed a old man

did u guys know that like 18-19 years ago sidhu killed a old man in a case of road rage, and that case is still going on, despite the charges he still became a politican,
he had to quit when the case finally was going some where like a year or 2 ago but then during the last punjab elections he ran and won again
