I watched all the episodes of TGILC2 and i want to say that i have not come across such a funny show ( not contestants) in terms of consistency. Just read following points.
1) they change the rules for different participants. In the beginning, there was judges round. after few episodes it got vanished.
2) They were talking about SMS voting to save contestants, but i dont remember who was saved and brought into the semis after SMS results.
3) suddenly they telecast few more episodes with some losers saying few more contestants need to be brought for the semis.
4) In the semis, the judgement was based on SMS votes primarily.
5) In the final, only in the second episode only it was announced mark division, 40 + 20 for judges and 40 for viewers in the studio and no more SMS, which was strange.
6) Someone who lost in the semi final was finally the winner in the final, and they even did not explain the viewers why was Rauf lala brought in the finals.
7) Shekhar Suman had already announced even before the semis that Rauf lala is a potential winner.
