Why Jee..please explain jee

hello Friends..

i know it must be in their culture to add "jee" after names and titles..but somehow..it pricks me😳..whenever Rishi says..Papa jee and Mummy jee😆...as both are English word,according to Oxford dictionary sound lil odd. waise toh...now Many punjabi words are now part of it.😆..but still..what you all think about it..😳

and hence i've decided to Follow Rishi jee blindly..😆 will refer you all like...

shagu jee...shru jee...sarru jee chalia jee...soni mahiwal jee...sanju jee..ami jee..sadaf jee...amna jee..ani jee...sneha jee..😆.

but wait a sec....What about Sree di jee..<< thoda lamb ho gaya na🤔 koi baat nahin jee😆

and now its a rule...if you all can follow...call everyone jee around the forum😆chlao...i am making sure ki...mujhe Ande aur tamatar jarror milen😆

well i have a proper word as how it sound...but dont wanna use 😳 😆..its nice...to add jee with elders names...but they should either call maa or mummy not mummy jee 😕

When people say ma or mommy it's not considered respectful...when ji is added it's a very polite way of addressing others.

In fact, growing up, if I called someone uncle and not uncle ji or mama instead of mama ji/mami ji I was scolded hence, everyone in our family says that...

I don't add ji when I address my parents...I just say mom and dad. 😆

but my inlaws I say ji...b/c they might get offended or think I am not respecting them.

no no..thats what i mean...add Jee after Elders and their names😳 one should...do that , like..Mama jee..Mami jee..chacha and chachi jee...use jee with all your relatives , nd with cousins name...but instead of callling mummy jee...call maa😳 i find maa more beautiful a WORD😃 and same goes with pa or papa...although i call dad or daddy and mummy ke toh bahut naam hain😆 i even call her...munni😆

well thats what my point is...its very behenjee types..will keep my mouth zipped up😆...nah..its nice to refer someone with jee😳👏 but...sounds better and nice when you add it after hindi word and not after english word 😳 like mummy or papa...btw...do you all know papa is a Hindi Word!! 😲

and sorry shagun is not 70 yrs old...she is 75...she lied to you 😳 do take her class...😆
