Look at yeh rishta Kya khelata hai …right now it’s on top because of its sweet rom com moments …look at how well that Barun sobti and Sanya show did … these are all testimonies

If your fresh ideas guarantee money for the channel and makers concerned, they can be experimented. People sitting there have assessed their audience well. Just sitting and making observations like hey K drama works well, so let's do that here is not an option.

I am not defending current shows. All are horrible btw, but these shows have an audience. People in rural India also watch it. Will people in rural India watch K-dramas? I doubt.

Anupamaa is on top, followed with Ghum and third is YRKKH... and all three shows have love triangle going on
