I wish this new Ghum showed the year as 1960s or 70s as they show in movies because the character mentality shown is so backward. It would have even worked if the family was shown always to be conservative but this looks so stupid. They were all much modern 20 years back.

Instead of Confronting the alcoholic and abusive groom party Savi is running away?! In the SAAK show at least the whole family was conservative from the beginning and the mom and only the sis were supportive. Here grandparents are supportive.

They want to show all this Bakwas and still wants to show Bhavani as some loving/doting great aunt 😂

Now coming to the ‘ML’, he is so traumatized that he can’t let his ‘love’ to fulfill her ambition! In SAAK was not deeply in love with his fiancé..here they are so much in love and still he can’t wait 🙄 Rewa’s mom is shown in a negative light but she is the shero. Savi would have been so happy in that house!

I may be wrong but I think if ml of gen2 was playing virat then the show may have ended even before 200 episodes...from new cast only bhavika is doing good job ..if virat is called manchild then ishaan is 100x...shakti did brillant job in silsila but here he is below average...also direction is so blah....virat was more progressive compared to ishaan...anyway reva is more likeable compared to pakhi..
