To give u a very BASIC example .. An engineer professional may hold a position in a multinational company of an Associate and earn say 7-8 LAkhs PA. Whereas another engineer may hold a position of a CEO in the same company and can earn upto 5 crore PA.

So, doctors , engineers , CAs all are dime a dozen so to speak, what makes the difference is the position u hold. I dont know if i am making myself clear to u. but yea to each his own.

Yes the guy deserves some credit. Discrediting him will get them nowhere when it's as clear as crystal.

Just because there's a new guy whose character isn't even explored properly doesn't mean the one who has been here since the beginning should be ignored.

They have other options... but they chose this...

Also don't understand the constant comparison with Imlie.

Gashmeer left on his own ... he was not removed... it was a mutual decision... his character had to end somewhere so that the new one looks worthwhile.

It simply not the same yardstick.

Till NB goes or he is removed... he will continue to be in the show as ML.

Power I agree and many other perks. That's not debatable.

I was just replying to that post specifically because it was questioning Satya's earning capacity.

The show has a lot of emotional turmoil, which works great for an ITV daily show.

What does bother me is how the agency of a women like Sai gets being taken away from her. Despite what the family has put her through, they still have expectations from her.

But this a reality in the world too, as despite a good professional life, Sai's personal life is a mess. Her situation is made worse, by the power the family holds in their city.

Additionally she has kids who are siblings and young. A divorce, which was not shown here can be ugly too in real life, due to similar factors.

Unfortunately every action has a consequence. The characters cannot simply turn situations in their favor, even if leads.

The show also prolongs its storyline, if after the second marraige (in whatever case) who Sai chooses. This will lead to couple more hundred episodes. The hope is Sai realizes her own agency after company of Satya. At the end of day, Virat does come from a family who had been less accepting of progress for women. This has shaped him too.

Overall as a new viewer, the maze of relationships is engaging.

Even if actors have a problem with each other, toh woh unka problem hai. They don’t even know me so unke problems se Mera koi Lena dena nahi hai. 😆

Yes of course new viewers ayenge .. and old viewers exit karenge because inko phir se rinse repeat nahi dekhna ..

So channel has to decide outflow zyada hi ki inflow

Most of us who regularly chat here are old viewers who have given up after 800 episodes.. Ab Sai virat ka prem .. uncle aunty ki category me aa gaya hai ..

new viewers are Mubarak to new stage of Sai as Anupama

Character bashing, I've no qualms with, to each their own. The guy has joined like one month before and the people behaving like he's the best character and option for Sai is funny 🤣 . Wait for Vanku's scissors he will show you what he's capable of.

Even if the new pair in Imlie were very popular online they couldn't touch the numbers which Gashmeer's presence brought. If I know well they had to bring in leap even before completing a year with the new pair.

I'm looking out for NB's decision only. If he chooses to leave I'll believe the new guy is the new male lead.

Exactly gashmeer kept the show consistently on No 2 after he got massacred ( show me ) ghum overtook it
