Sai shd take her son also along with her or Virat shd give his custody

From what is being said by Sai for not accepting Virat, she is putting forth the fact that she doesn't want her son to suffer the pain of a broken family. But she is WRONG!!!

Vinayak will suffer more if she leaves him with Pakrat in Chavan Nivas,

Vinayak is a child who had already been through a lot of mental trauma and right now he will just go through more by seeing his parents constantly fight with each other.

Virat is surely not happy to stay with Pakhi and wants to give her divorce while the latter will not allow him to do it.

This will lead to a lot of fights and disturbances between them which will infact affect Vinayak's mental health.

A child will never be happy if he grows in an environment with parents constantly fighting with each other.

So if Sai really cares about her son then she should take him also along with her.

Or Virat who is a police officer should know how traumatic Vinayak's life will be if he stays with him and Pakhi,

So as a good father Virat should sacrifice his son and give his custody to Sai.

That will be the BEST for Vinayak.

Otherwise Vinayak is going to live hell life in CN with Pakrat constantly fighting with each other.

But one thing is for sure in today's episode that made it clear that Virat is as unstable selfish and evil as Pakhi if not more

He doesn't deserve or should be allowed to be around children's

He is an abuser and evil person who doesn't even have shame to stop abusing his ex wife in front of his daughter

And I am not able to digest the fact that Sai is going to get married to Satya without thinking about these factors about Vinayak.

All Sai is thinking about is her image not getting affected as a home wrecker and not about her son.

It's as if Sai is all concerned about Pakhi but not about Virat and Vinayak.

Sai wants Vinayak to stay in a happy family but knowingly or unknowingly she herself broke his family.

When she knows that Virat cannot live with Pakhi, why force him?

Sai doesn't want to live with Virat. That's completely understandable but she shouldn't be forcing Virat too to live with Pakhi.

And in all this mess, it is infact Vinayak who will get affected the most.

So it would have been better if Sai took Vinayak with him.

We have to see how Savi is treated in that home and Sai herself has to make sure Savi is treated well there then if she notices how pakrat marital problems are affecting Vinu's mental health then she can fight for his custody.

Wasn't it said the last time when she filed a case for Vinayak's custody?

That if she withdraws the case midway then she will never be able to fight for Vinayak's custody once again?

And she did withdraw the case that time thinking about the trauma which Vinayak would go through in the court.

But right now Vinayak will again be going through trauma because of Pakrat's marital life problems.

So it would have been better if Sai had left Chavan Nivas with Vinayak.

Sai should have reflected more on Vinayak.

I agree with you.Sai should also take Vinu with her.Vinu's life will badly get affected staying in CH.CH is a toxic environment for both the kids where their father Virat is unstable,couldn't control himself & do whatever kands he want,has an evil & manipulative stepmom Pakhi and the toxic other Chavans.Also PakRat ki fights dekhkar bohot bura asar hoga Vinu par.Jis ghar mein parents fight karta rehta hai uss ghar ka bacha mein bohot effect dekhayi deta hai longtime mein.Dekha naa Chavan's ka ek bhi bacha and log khush nahi reh paya har logo ka life mein problems hai AsNad ka marital life was bad,Virat turned out to be worst, Mohit-Karisma marital life is facing problem they are not having children yet,Sonali-Omi are also not happy unki life mein bhi toh problems aaya tha naa,Devi Tai became a insane person,Bhavani ko bhi marital problem thi it seems agar iss environment koyi bhi bacha rahega they will also turned out like them.
