The serial is illogical. Sai operates on a heart patient. She said during inspection that she is the head of gyaenic department. She also treats vinu who needed an orthopedic perhaps.

Seeing today's SaiYa scene reminded me what we have been robbed of for the past 2 years. We were served with pg13 romance, with social distancing protocols when clearly Ayesha has no issues shooting such scenes!
So it was that henpecked loser who destroyed the sinking ship to promote his personal life.

No words for V, hope he gets shot in the groin and when he wakes up in the hospital he sees Pakhi giving him a sponge bath and SaiYa romancing in the corner. Guy can just flatline for all I care!

Exactly. Now we won't be deprived of the romance that we deserve which we never got. Even if we got it, it was largely compromised because of certain people.

In a way it's good that the toxic ship has sunk. Unknowingly NB has done a good thing. If everything was ok and he promoted sairat and had no issues with sairat or with his costar, perhaps we wouldn't have got this beautiful pair of Sai Satya/Ayesha Harshad who has shown great potential even before becoming a couple ❤️
