Little late so probably already discussed: but I was rewatching and I loved how writers played with words without bringing surrogacy drama (Moor to your point)

First was V referencing stairscase… we all know how much drama happened during surrogacy for the stair case. Sai shifted the room and also the emergency delivery at home.

Next one is interesting:

P : Mein hosh mein nahin thi jab mera kokh nikala gaya tha; jab mera maa banneh ka haq cheenh liya tha

Itna bada kadam uthane seh pehle mujhse kisi neh izzazat tak nahi li

Dr Sai ne mujhe bina bataye meri zindagi ka faisla apne aap hi leh liya

mere umeedoh mere saapno kah gala ghoot diya kis haq seh

Let’s time travel:

During surrogacy P took the criminal way of getting herself be a surrogate - snatching the right from Sai to chose a surrogate. P never asked. She decided for herself and snatched the right of being a mother from Sai by manipulating V.
What right did P have to decide —- NONE!

She squashed Sai’s dreams of being a mother peacefully and created a knot in her and Vs life.

Present: V consented for uterus removal

Past: same as he consented for P be a surrogate (rather didn’t protest BK an P) snatching the right from Sai as a husband he decided.

Present: P says because V Sai ki baaton mein aagaya … useh brainwash kiya.

We all know P truly brainwashed V for surrogacy in the pretense of helping as a friend, using a dead husband and unborn child

kaun kiski baaton mein aagaya?!

Present: Dr Sai mere pati aur Vinayak ko hasil karna chathi hai. Truth Sai only wants Vinu.

Past: P wanted Virat and Vs kid so V gives her importance and essentially snatching V from Sai, since Sai cannot get pregnant.

See how P thinks she is seeing the mirror because she thinks everyone is as shallow and conniving as her.

BAM: Sai strikes —— I am not interested in Virat Chavan.

Virat Chavan paying the price of letting P be the surrogate. He was manipulated then not today by Sai. He is paying a hefty price now.

Very well written. 👏Both Pakhi and Virat are facing the karma of their past wrong actions. Pakhi snatched everything from Sai, her husband, home, relationships, son everything. Today she has got nothing except son who I am sure will go back to his Aai pretty soon. That day Pakhi will lose everything. It's her karma that she lost her biggest supporters too today.

Virat on the other hand is trying to correct his previous mistakes. The mistakes that he committed during surrogacy times and also after knowing Vinu's truth. Today he too paid the price. Pakhi declared him worst husband who never supported her even though post her accident Virat tried to be a good husband to her and do everything to make her happy. He even misguided Sai, hurt her feelings and was terrible to her in the Vinu revelation track only to keep Pakhi happy and in return Pakhi humiliated him by talking openly about their non-existent sex life which is a completely private matter. On top of that Sai openly declaring she's not interested in him hurt him even more which is another bad karma ka phal.

Pakhi wants everything Sai has. But how is it possible without love?

Sai also had miscarriage and doctors said she cant bear a child. Pakhi thought without a child, their marriage will be unfulfilled. But they grew out of it. they had good sex life knowing that Sai cant beget a child naturally. They wanted a child to give happiness, not complete their marriage.

Pakhi wants the same. Even if she cant beget a child, she wants a normal relationship. Which is fair and square. But for that there has to be some love. Where will she bring that from?

For once she was wrong with how she judged the family. BK wanted an heir but she never forced Virat to marry another girl, even when Sai was not able to conceive. She was looking for alternate options. Only when there is a possibility she wishes for heir 🤣. Even after kokh removal, she reprimanded Virat to be in his limits when Pakhi complained that Virat was publicly hugging Sai. Ashwini also suggested her to forget about child and make a bond with Virat. To be fair on everyone, I am saying this.

I'm liking this Sathya. Like you mentioned, he playing with P. At this point he is new to the equation and has no personal indulgence whatsoever. So P knowing about Sai being known to Sathya really would have solved no purpose. And the way Sathya is conducting himself is very calculated. There were moments where P herself thought he was playing in her favour.

In fact he isn't making declarations or statements about Sai and her innocence. He is giving arguments and scenarios and leaving it to the others to spill the beans. In a way compelling the truth to be obvious that being forcefully imposed.

The funny part was that the case was against Sai and Pulkit, but Pulkit was barely mentioned. It was all about Sai. Had to be. Since it was an attack on her..a personal vendetta.

And this should also show Chavans, the level P can stoop to. Pulkit has nothing to do in P's fight with Sai. Yet she pulled him into it. She was ready to put his career on line to get her way. What more can open the eyes of the P devotees.

P's accusation about Sai wanting to take away her husband should have ended with one statement. Sai was assumed dead by V, so he never went looking for her. But Sai always knew where V was. If she really wanted V and hoped to reunite why would she stay away for so long and suddenly decide to get him back?
