See sairat will easily MU each other because they think they are not enough for the other. So while Sathya will make sai see the truth, virat might think sai is bonding with Sathya. So the time will come when he decides to take up job in Mumbai leaving the kids with sai. That’s when pakhi should have change of heart and reveal the details to sai. By then sai would have already understood virat! Pakhi’s testimony will be the needed push for her to reach virat. In that way they chose each other unconditionally. Not because of situations.

for virat, not even death and sai moving on will make him chose pakhi. He will remain alone

For sai, it is reverse. Him moving on with pakhi and later finding someone worthy for her doesn’t change her mind. She cannot think of anyone else.

I'm surprised you didn't interpret it as a life lesson or gyaan. He was saying this as if to a little child. Pakhi was always obsessed (jonoon). So this felt like an emotional education he was giving - from a mentor to a student - and happy that his student was atlast making progress. You see what I'm hinting at? 😉
