Sai is preaching so much about professionalism but today her behaviour was extremely unprofessional, you might not like all your colleagues but you have no right to yell and scream at people in a hospital.. crappy personal life doesn't give you the license to treat others this way...

Professionalism and ITV hardly ever go together. There will always be some drama regardless of the place, so, don't mind it too much. Sai was wrong in this instance, but that goes only so far as she yelled at another person who was innocent and not-deserving of her anger. Other than that professional place, and position are not an issue, coz in this serial, hospital, police office, middle of the road, and Chavan Niwas have equal significance.

Hu the point i guess is she is preaching professionalism, while being unprofessional to the core..

Just like how Virat preaches ending Crimes, being a criminal himslef.

I do get what you are saying, but Virat's actions and Sai's actions cannot be compared in this scenario. Virat is just way too deep in his shit. Also, I didn't find Sai highly unprofessional. She was quite rude and totally in the wrong. But that is not all the uncommon in medical field. Doesn't mean that she wasn't unprofessional. She was. Just not that much that it should be taken as a blow to her character.

Blow toh nahi because she has been that way, very rude and judgemental at times, that's is when she wants to..

But then she does not go that with Chavans, who are absolutely mean and abusive towards her.

Interestingly Satya handled it all quite well.
