Did Neil Ash appreciate Ayesha?

In today's award function did neil & ash appreciate Ayesha? I guess vice versa was true.. Ayesha did it

Do you think they have it in them to do it .. they can only write cheap articles on telly chakkar bla bla bla

But let us say they thank their costars in general but don't mention Ayesha in particular. That's fine too.

Ayesha is very particular about this thing. She diligently thanks everyone one by one. That's her personality.

There are others who might not do that. That's their personality/wish.

I'm glad nobody is being a rattu tota & speaking from xerox copy script. Ayesha, Neil & Aishwarya are speaking what they want to speak ..about the show, about their journey in the show. I like it. 👍🏼

If they take credit ... that because of us show is getting TRP...then it is objectionable...because they are discrediting others & demeaning their work. Otherwise no issues. Them mentioning or not mentioning Ayesha is not going to affect her either postivively or negatively.

Only tiny bits from the interviews are released, not the entire interview. Let's not jump to conclusions this early. During these press conferences actors are asked to be completely professional and thankful to the entire cast and crew so I won't be surprised if they too thanked her. Let's wait for the interviews to release first.

whether they thanked ayesha or not does it change the fact that the hard work she has been putting in this show or does it effect in anyway her career?...Then why should we take stress on something thats not even important for any of us or even ayesha for that matter..

I'd argue that if Ayesha has the courtesy to individually mention them by name they should return the favor. Its really unprofessional if they have not. She is a HUGE factor for TRPs no matter what teamwork goes on. She is the face of the show. The very least they can do is to mention her by name even if they dont wax eloquent about her. I hope they have not exposed their crassness even more. It'd relfect really poorly on them if the full video shows that they didnt credit Ayesha personally. C'mon. She is the LEAD of the show. Yes them mentioning or not doesnt impact ayesha or take away from her hardwork. but it exposes even more just HOW pathetic people are/not. I really hope they have mentioned her atleast just for the sake of decency and decorum.

Who knows they appreciated her or not- videos qere ended abruptly.

However having been working for years my self this is what I feel- regardless of field - when you start your career it means a lot when those experienced in field acknowledge your good work and efforts. Especially in collaborative space.

Slightly different take on Ayesha bringing her audition again and again-

Is she hoping for some acknowledgment from her colleagues? It is obvious that she was identified as a misfit when she joined. She said it, NB n Vankar said in IVs too. First impressions were big question marks. So may be she needs their acknowledgment. She has fan recognition but I feel team (especially actors n some creatives- Vankar has praised her) recognition lacks for her.

For Aishwarya’s scene like child delivery n getting arrested scene, many cast members made post appreciating her performance- but the recent performance of Ayesha got no mention. It was high point not only of show- but for her as an actor- not because they did it for Aishwarya but because they all felt she was misfit as an actor - they should appreciated her growth as an actor.
It motivates newcomers or less experienced actors.
I feel- responsible seniors in any field should/would do that.

I am speaking about this from personal perspective -
I worked in space where we delivered analytical results to external collaborators. It was very specific tech type and I lacked experience as I was switching field so It was implied that I would need time and training. I gradually learned and became independent sooner than anticipated, I always received collaborator appreciation but I cant deny that it felt more assuring when my immediate team members and managers did it - because there was this question mark if I will be able to do it or not due to lack of experience.

PS: That is where my only grudge is for Neil not promoting Sai/Sairat. Its not about promoting ship. Its about making your colleague feel appreciated and encouraged. Like Ayesha does it wont hurt to say few words of acknowledgment.

Its really sad that so early in the show as a newcomer it was made SO apparent to Ayesha that they didnt trust her and were doubting her so much. Thats not fair. Instead of encouragement they have intimidated her. She must have felt really bad that the people who brought her on board last minute with no prep time have judged her negatively so quickly.

And today she is the reason people watch. It is not at all fair that Ayesha's stupendous scenes have gone under appreciated by her crew. There was one director- i think Owais who did make the effort. He posted a BTS of her joking with crew and then in a split second flipping to serious face. He had made another post about her hardwork too. Thats very nice of him to do.

She has shown SO much growth that now she is clearly superior in terms of performance compared to others in the show especially NB, ASB and BK who have maximum screen space. ASB doesnt even count. Even that one scene of her playing Devi was not that great. And she has not done even one scene that deserves any praise. She is consistently PATHETIC. She has horrible body language, diction, emotion and is utterly unlikeable. She has mannerisms of a hooligan, cant carry off her costumes, there have been screen grabs of her looking distracted and completely out of sorts in group scenes. Infact the writing for P has been such that they hare doing their best to WW her, make all other characters hail her mahaanta and make audience try to feel bad for her but its impossible. She is disgust and hate inducing

Imo best actors of this show are Sanjay Sir and Sid bodke, and one more person who came for limited time- Ashwini ki sister waali. They made impact even in limited SS.

But amongst the main characters, Ayesha is far far superior. She works the hardest, has the most scenes, most dialogues and she has chemistry with EVERYONE. Even with P. She has the most natural chemistry with the kids, she has an equation with every CN character on screen which looks good and comes out well. Its not just Sairat scenes but her scenes with kids, pullu, BK, K, Ashwini, Ninad, Shivani, Rajeev, JM, her aabaa- everything has been really well done.

In the recent episode she showed so many variations in one single epi. The grief of losing Vinu, hallucination, the devil disguised as angel- she did it all so well. So she can transition between emotions also very well.

She deserves the acknowledgement of her team for her consistency, her gowth, her hunger to learn and get better. She has improved EVERY aspect. Right from the emotions to the Marathi accent in some words to the subtle nuances she brings. She clearly puts her heart and soul into everything and that reflects when she gives offscreen bytes too. She recalls the journey- whats happened and connects it to whats going on now.

Moreover she was clearly sidelined by V and P in several show related milestone moments and it has been audience love that has ensured that no body can ignore her and take her for granted. People sent separate cakes for her and also Pankaj live etc is an indication of just HOW MUCH audience loves Ayesha. If there are 1-2 people asking for NB or ASB, there are 50 people asking about Ayesha. thats the magnitude of difference in how much love they have earned.
