These are the various comments on Pankaj insta live that Pankaj completely ignored.

He saw that somebody mentioned IBF complaint in the chat and asked Vankar for what is IBF and Vankar misheard it and didnt know either.

One person pointed out that they only respond to positive comments and Pankaj essentially said- ya. We cant keep discussing same thing again and again it seems. What is the point of him coming live?! He just says hi, answers inane questions about where he is, where Ayesha is and some BS about lunch khaya, chai piya etc etc. Instead of taking audience feedback, it is completely ignored. This is the problem of the ghum team. They have a main PH guy who comes live every frickin day and sees these comments everyday - yet it is ignored and instead everyday we get worse plots. Its crazy to me how they are so unyielding to the feedback they get. This is arrogance and stubbornness. Very upsetting. After investing in the show for 750 episodes audience is not here to get more disheartened everyday

Everyone understands that they need to stretch the show, keep creating "drama" but there are definitely ways to be less toxic. Even with this Vinu custody track, why couldnt they show atleast one thing pro Sai. Not one family member supports her or acknowledges the facts- that P is a criminal who has unfairly snatched from Sai, the court gives verdict against her and the kid who has been shown super attached to Sai now wants to pick P over Sai as mother. How can EVERYthing pile up against one character and audience watch it without reacting...Audience needs to have atleast one thing to hook them- if they show atleast one aspect going in Sai's favor while others dont- there is hope left. but they have killed all hope. A dream promo/fake promo is not helpful especially when we have got far too many fake promos already. V is already rendered inconsequential. He is the most spineless person ever. He changes his mind as often as the seconds hand of a clock. This show is disturbing.
