What on earth are they making out of Sai??

Seriously!

Right now, I'm done talking about PakRat, the Chavannis and their hypocrisy. I just wanna know... what the hell these makers are making out of Sai! The woman who strongly said that Virat and herself are only connected due to Savi and there's absolutely nothing else, is now being shown as a doormat who does nothing but pine for Virat! Hadd hai yaar!

I seriously don't care about a new male lead right now. Why can't we just see Sai being a strong, single mother and a successful daughter?? What the hell have these makers planned for Sai now? Because 99% of the people won't accept Sai----Rat now. And the entire plot seems to point towards PakRat. At least kill off Sai's character, and us viewers will get some respite!

I know that there are lots of people talking about this and this has been brought up before, but I'm so effin' frustrated seeing the precap and i needed an outlet.

i dont think she is pining for him. she is affected by things because it still is a betrayal and she is affected by the fact that she needs to tolerate him and his gfs family in her life because of Savi. But I dont think Sai has been shown wanting to be in Vs life as his wife. She loved him , had dreams of a life together and so it is not easy to get over the fact that she was betrayed or be completely unaffected seeing him and P being married to each other and deliberately doing things as spouses in front of her. Savi herself is a living and breathing reminder of the man who betrayed her trust. and Vinu- the name of V and Ps child is a cruel reminder of what should have been.

I dont think her tears in precap imply that she wants to be with V though. She is crying because she is alone, she is betrayed and she has to still deal with this man in her life because of Savi.

i find it very harsh to call Sai a doormat.

She has taken a stand for herself always but Savi is a hindrance now. She wants to leave for good but cant because Savi is attached to V, Vinu , V now knows he is biological dad to Savi, she cant contest the fact that Savi- V and his family have a right to have an independent relationship with each other irrespective of how much she may feel wronged by V and his family. So she is stuck. Savi is too young to know the details of Sai-V fallout and also she wouldnt want to color Savi with the details making her hate men, become cynical or untrusting. As a mother she doesnt want Savi to be an angry, unhappy or cynical child who loses her innocence, happy outlook.

Seeing a guy who was your husband (who has not divorced you) marry the girl who destroyed your life ,

Seeing him accept that criminal girl and give her respect and care which you deserved.

Any girl would cry.

Its not cause she wants him back.

Its cos
She had loved him. ONLY HIM. That too deeply.
that she would give her life for him.
She stood by him even through his blunders and

saved his career, family & life through anything that came to destroy the Chavans.
Went through years of torture and abuse.

Yes SAI'S tears are for the betrayal she has suffered and for the fact that things are so messed up that she's stuck in between.. And also probably for what could have been.. If her father had been alive, then if V had been a better person... Now under no circumstances would she be crying bcz she can't go back to him.

That's a perspective i probably didn't consider, so thank you for bringing it to light. I do understand that she feels betrayed and all that, but right now, I feel like they're making Sai too involved with the Chavan family, especially PakRat. I understand that she sympathizes with Pakhi and her predicament, but trying to get to her after the accident, going to their house and insisting on meeting her despite Virat not even letting her inside is a bit too much for me to digest. I know that she went there coz Vinu called, but she could have left the minute Virat told her that Pulkit is inside and she can't go in.

So far, just to give the Sai----Rat angle, the makers have butchered so much of Sai, especially since the Shruti track, that I'm assuming the very worst.

With Sai's screen time being reduced to just 5-10 mins, with no real development for her, is so effin' annoying.

Also, they've shown Sai to be such a career-oriented woman, and now she's ready to quit the one job she has for a woman who destroyed her life. It would be nice if they show that she gets a much better, high-paying job in one of the best hospitals, but i have no hopes.

And i agree with the Savi angle completely. I know she's stuck in this situation mostly because of Savi, but they can show some progression in Sai's character somewhere. My concerns are more to do with how the makers are going to take her character further.

I do agree with what you're saying, but it has been established that Rat has moved on with Pakhi ever since the leap and they've also shown that she's come to terms with it many a times. The precap kinda seems to discredit this.

And my real problem is with the fact that even the effin' PL has some progression in terms of the story, but the FL who has been carrying the shoulder on her back forever! If they are afraid of getting a new ML coz it might take the limelight away from the existing ML (coz that is bound to happen), so be it. But they can at least show some career progression for Sai - her working in a high paying job, giving to the society and making a name for herself, alongside taking the ML-PL vomit-inducing lovestory forward.

I completely agree with the betrayal part and how messed up her life has become. But on more than one occassion they've shown that Sai hasn't moved on and I'm afraid that they're gonna show her pining for the ML, which might result in her sacrificing her dignity in front of the Chavannis again. I don't like the fact that she's getting too involved with that family with no life of her own.

I may be bashed for saying this but - yes we know Sai is compassionate n empathetic n selfless. Plus she is orphan hence values family n relationship. That is why I could relate to her when she came back after ousting, ajinkya accident.


However, since surrogacy she is a mother. She is in much more responsible place. I loved that she took stand for Vinu n herself n walked out. But now she is back to being ‘considerate’ to people who not only caused harm to Vinu but even Savi is entangled now.

She is sad fir PL n once again ruining her life n job for her, despite knowing PL threatened to harm Savi. She keeps switching jobs after another, she is responsible mother n Savi k bare me bhi socho. You need stable finances. Plus what about ur daughter’s self respect. Pinning for man who is again choosing another woman??

She is not any of these right now.

Just the fact that Pakhi Virat did not have conjugal relationship & she has lost it..

Blaming herself for their issues, she has some remorse syndrome, blaming herslef for every other thing in the world & wanting to correct it.

Yet again going and interfering in Chavan's matters,e even when they don't like her around, currently it's Mohit..she probably wants validation & validation from Chavans only like Pakhi gets ..

Looks like Both Sai and Pakhi are jealous of each other & compete each other for different things..

Now coming to her professional life, again she is simply not interested, she uses her father's name when she can, but does nothing to make him proud., Such a brilliant student & she has no job is unbelievable.

It's all about how they are showing Sai to be in such a pathetic situation when the least deserving people are leading a happy, comfortable life!

And with regarding to caring for Pakhi, that woman literally barged into Sai's house and cursed her daughter, blamed her for all the so-called problems in her life, and Sai is shown to be running behind her, thinking about her welfare, and quitting the job for her happiness.

After all the lecture she gave Virat about how she can take care of her child alone and how she is independent and self-sufficient, she wants to quit her only source of income for a woman who destroyed her life. So now, how is she going to support Savi? I mean, it would be nice if they show her getting a much much better job in a big hospital, with a respectable position, but I doubt if that would happen.

The Sai we saw at Kankavli was the best. Self-sufficient, independent, a no-nonsense woman, a doting mother who gave her child the right values. Ever since she has come to Nagpur, her life has become all about the Virat and the Chavans again.
