So the episode opens with Savi’s parents waiting outside the principal’s office for her school interview..As expected from the audience and her mom. Savi sails through the interview very well .. she’s a smart kid .. her dad is nervous and is trying to make the question easy but she can easily do the ones at a higher grade.. and in one question on planets .. corrects her dad .. .. dad loves it …. But mummy does not want to put her daughter in this school .. she has her reasons .. though I guess she’s being biased .. she hasn’t seen the kids being outspoken or anything over here .. principal is irritated .. that her time has been wasted in this parental squabble of one upmanship .. and scolds the father ..

When dad comes back to squabble with the mom. They reach a point where they agree on child support be divided .. and every decision about Savi to be jointly taken .. then father asks which school have u put my girl Zz and mommy throws a googly .. same school where u studied . Because Savi wants to be like you .. and father is quite pleased .. Wah Wah . Meanwhile Savi n vinu take a round in the school .

In Chavan niwas .. bk and omi gang are showing their filth and fangs towards Sai n Savi .. no wonder there homes are empty and they have no heirs .. Ninad n ash have gone shopping for Savi . They have brought her school bag , tiffin , pencil bag and shoes .. they are worried school shoes 👞 might be a little big .. so they have to go back and get a new one .. ooh grand parents ka alag hi worry hai .. they are worried about her school admission.

. When bk starts her filth along with Sonali n omi . Both Ashwin n ninad take a strong stand .. And say Savi is their grand child and mind your tongue while talking about her .. they also say it loud n clear that she will come whenever she can in this house, since the house belongs to them . Also their grand daughter will have a right to everything .. so pls behave 👏👏Then virat appears .. everyone thinks Savi failed the admission.. Sonali makes a catty comment .. but virat breaks their illusion

Today’s episode felt like it was inspired from forum’s discussion of home schooling . I remember there was a big discussion on this . It was a relaxing episode unlike the usual episodes of ghum . Savi and Sairat can easily carry the show on their shoulders . I don’t think sending to good reputed schools is a show off or a problematic behavior. Parents want their kids to get best education so they send them to good schools but ITV makes big deal of expensive stuffs . FL has to be poor and stick to ITV middle class values . no matter how rich her husband is she will be seen embracing middle class lifestyle . Nothing wrong with middle class lifestyle or high class but ITV paints a different story than reality . I liked that Sai selected the school Virat went to and that shows how thoughtful she is and doesn’t allow their bitter past to affect the fond memories of the man she once loved.

I strongly believe Vankar team stalks SM sites and there are apps for doing it so they don’t need to read every post . I have been part of one such app development and I know many big companies invest/are investing in them to know what people discuss about their product on SM so they are aware of people’s response and they can take actions. There are many evidences

1. All our collective predictions fails in front of the track . It started with post leap promo and is still continuing even today . Either Vankar thinks out of the box or his team stalks to ensure they show unexpected tracks. It’s surprising that Vankar from post leap started thinking out of box and none in FD can predict . It looks impossible.

2. they have a pattern they show unexpected tracks like above and they show scenes that fandom dreads . If we have noticed the pattern fandom was dreading something in past and unnecessary scenes during Savi’s reveal that added no value to the plot were added to keep audiences on the edge . It’s a strategy as audiences will watch upcoming episodes to make sure the scenes they dreaded are not part of the show . It can’t be a coincidence every time. Another example is after Sairat union people were dreading if Virat will move on and we’re convincing themselves that in ITV ML doesn’t move on but they showed exactly what people feared and each week they showed him trying to move on with creative scenes

Sai ko jeetne ke mauke Kam milte hai... so ignoring the biasness about expensive schools ... I will accept the plot point as it is a means for bigger drama.

Rant below...ignore at your choice.

V is anxious whether Saavi will sail through. Sai is not. She is fairly confident. Saavi answers everything with aplomb and Principal is impressed. Offers admission in higher grade.

Sai refuses and Principal is confused.

Sai explains that she belongs to a middle class background, doesn't take child support from V and intends to pay the fees for Saavi on her own. Also she wanted to prove a point to V that she has not failed in her duties regarding Saavi.

V is as expected irritated and angry ... as naak Jo kat gai.. pehle beti ne class laga di... phir Sai ne taunt mara aur phir Principal ne bhi daat diya... ek hi din main 3 ladies se daant khana is an unusual day in V's life 🤪

Anyway, he stops Sai and they have another squabble, over parental rights, who knows better and who should take decisions. Lekin Sai ko jeetna hai so she tells V that Saavi has been admitted to V's school. V is impressed and happy even in his loss.

Score stands V1-S1. 👏

Vinu Saavi take a round around school and one of the teachers recognises Saavi. Didn't get the point of it since Saavi is not going to be in this school. 😕

CNwasis are as usual being obnoxious. Are super confident that Saavi will fail. Ash Ninad are good but selfish. Their only concern is Saavi. They stress to the rest that they (including V) won't accept any bad mouthing towards Saavi. They have a right on this house and Saavi does too as their grandchild.

(Once again felt like Ghar ka batwara track might happen especially when Ninad said hum iss Ghar ka hissa hai)

It's not team Sai but Team Saavi... and while it is pretty selfish at this point that Ash is concerned only for Saavi... atleast they are taking a stand.... openly and proudly... something that should have been done when Sai was the daughter in law. 😔

Der aaye durust aaye... bas bane Rahe iss baat pe.... Ghum and consistency is 36 ka akada. 😭

P hears everything...especially Ash claiming that she won't tolerate anything against Saavi. Chalo palto Giri kahin to acchhi hai... red queen needs to see how fake everyone was... she needs to suffer all this.

V comes back and informs that Saavi is not admitted to Vinu's school. BK Sonali gloat and Sonali makes a point to taunt P. Has to cover up and V replies that Saavi did clear.

But what happened to Saavi ki khilaf galat nahi sunenge?

Chutki is still ok... but Ash Ninad have no problem to chuhiya????😡 why is V okay with this? Sai ko bhi devi ji aur junglee mulgi bolte aaye hai... atleast change this for Saavi. 👎🏼

What I didn't like...

The entire narrative of Saavi not being admitted to this school was Sai not having the financial capability to pay the fees. She clearly mentioned it to the Principal.... to phir why did she agree for child support later? 🤔

Secondly... while Sai has done an exceptional job at home schooling Saavi the interview was just to prove a point to V... to settle scores and to lead to next drama of P getting insecure. That's the plot point...

We had discussed about pros and cons of homeschooling vs formal schooling ... but it was not even that. It looked more like an ego trip for both. Sadly the child is getting pulled in unnecessarily. Since Saavi won't be changing school, it is Vinu who will have to change😔. Since V won't be consulting it with P, it's highly improbable that he will ask Vinu if he wants to change. Once again a unilateral decision that affects the kid. 👎🏼... if not Saavi... then Vinu...

Now for the apparent biasness and stupidity of the entire scenario and this is a very personal experience. It's more of a rant so please ignore if it's not your cup of tea.

We had a similar experience at my daughters school admission. We went for admitting her to nursery class but she could identify letters and numbers and read even when she couldn't write. The principal noticed she already has the motor skills required to write and was therefore directly admitted to Jr.KG/KG1. My kid could identify Donald Trump 😆 in the newspaper, spell it out and needless to say the Principal was impressed.

She never went to Nursery and is now by default the youngest in her class. And yet she is smart enough that she copes up brilliantly. No complaints 👌

Later on I have changed schools and it is the top 2 school of my city. In academics and fees.

But what matters is the pedagogy or the teaching techniques. It's more experiential and hands on and not rote learning (the reason why I decided to change) I have seen tremendous progress in my daughter in this new school and it didn't dip even during online classes of the pandemic.

I agree for the peer pressure for the financial difference between Kids though. It's very real and it's difficult to make the kid understand. 😕

So this apparent bias that big expensive schools do not have proper teaching/focus is wrong. Sai has interacted with Vinu and hasn't seen the teaching methods at the school and she also praised the school ... so the overall objection was just for fees. Then why make her accept child support and invalidate that entire point?

Stupid stupid stupid writing. 🙄

P ko insecure hi karna tha to kuch aur reason se karte. This is mindless... and child support ka question hai to that would be much bigger drama but yet again it looks like it's just in passing. Only if BK/P/Sonali makes a huge hue and cry about it then I can understand why this entire episode hinged on that particular thing.

Anyway, please ignore the rant and enjoy the episode. A smug Sai Joshi and stupid VC interaction with GC vibes is like oasis in desert. 😉

I agree because they shot for 2 days only Savi , Sai and virat .. what were they shooting.. even principal was shooting .. maybe teaching about planets n all
