May be I see it differently, but in a way that scene meant mending of things. She once took their Vinu and the picture was disrupted, today she tried to mend ways and gave them that picture. Its just as you mentioned, she is no longer in that picture. But then again the elders noticed and walked behind here they weren't content with the picture, so did Pakhi leave that place even if it meant to thank her. Currently that picture has only Virat and Vinu.

Today it felt that she tried to rectify the actual mistake she did according to her, she is guilty for loosing Vinu and today was a payback for the people she cared (minus Pakhi).

The visions are blurred some dusting is required, lets see who does the task of cleaning up.

Nice perspective. I did see it as Sai mending things, but from a futuristic perspective. Leaving Vinu to V as she will not have V now, but did not want to separate Vinu from V and his family again. And she in a way paid back in her own small way for that loss.

But what you have said about the scene is also a different perspective that I'm convinced about 😊

But, i don't see her sufferings being reduced, even after savi's revelation.

Because, pakhi will act extra positive and caring towards savi. And, virat will be impressed that, pakhi is so good to his and sai's kid.

And, will think very high of her.

This will play a role when, sai actually starts seeing pakhi's intentions and tries to convince the family and virat, but no one will believe sai, as,

PAKHI'S ROOTS ARE STRONG AND WILL GET EVEN STRONGER.

EVERYONE, especially virat will tell sai about every good thing that pakhi has done and how pakhi made so many sacrifices, for vinayak and loved savi. And, how she's changed, now.

That's why, pakhi's roots are strong and will be stronger.

It'll be hard for sai and she won't be able to convince anyone easily.

Especially our virat ji.

What pakhi fails to understand is that virat might respect her to being kind to savi but savi will remind him of sai every single second.

And, savi is the child that he always desired with sai.

He doesn't just want the kid, but a kid with sai. And, this won't completely make him go away from sai.

She'll manage to manipulate savi, TEMPORARILY, but savi will be back to aai.

I agree Sway. Patralekha is way more stronger now. Today even if she commits a murder in front of those Chavans they will call it a suicide.

So it is going to be very difficult for her. To add to it, Sai's own nonchalant attitude is only helping P gain that support. Because Sai isn’t fighting for anything. But P secretly is. She already has her army and Sai is isn't even aware that she is supposed to fight a war.

And Savi will be manipulated and used against Sai. P will stoop to that levels. Because Savi is Sai's biggest weapon that can beat her entire army.

I always felt positive about the precap but then the shenanigans of these makers make me step back!

Anyway here to my positivity —- the current precap indicates Vinu will get his REAL PARENTS and Savi will get her Baba…Savi Said “we will get our happy family” —- that is Sai, V and their kids .

Ravan is being burnt — Pakhi the evil burning to ashes BUT that fire is falling on the kids …. Hence all the manipulation of the evil will cast dark shadow on the kids. Kids looked scared…. It will be on the “real” parents to save the kids …. Now the question is how and when? Coz their parents can’t even see eye to eye!

another opinion —- kids are trying to find their parents but while finding the evil ravan burning and casting shadow …. They might not reach the destination! Again there will be no revelations!!!

But dusshera is depicted as good over evil …. Yet these makers will not show the evil burning and give evil an upper hand in manipulation…. Hence I never liked their using God or any religious aspects …

And about the religious aspects, they have mostly mocked it and given it a negative spin after misleading the audience.

In fact was thinking that Savi will enter CN on Diwali as Lakshmi, and extension of her prior entry where Ninad noticed and mentioned it to BK. And this time BK recalling it and accepting it. But.....

Just hope when his parentage revelation happens n he choses Sai n Savi, Virat takes a stand n refuses to snatch him n hand over to P, as his family will anyways want...for once atleast redeeming himself somewhat. I want him to take stand wherever he didn't take pre-leap, atleast as a father. I sincerely hope we get to see this.

That means she doesn't care for Virat or Vinu.

She cares for what her impression is on the people n the house. She doesn't want Sai to influence anyone.

I think she's worse than BK now. She just needs power n that house and use everyone like puppets, including Virat and Vinu.

She is trying to steal the limelight everywhere, because she cant afford to miss even a single opportunity. She is at the risk of loosing everything that she snatched away.

Yup. But how and in what circumstances will define that. And also how much P's true colors is seen by Sai will determine that. For now Sai is not playing, it is only P.

Ok take this:

Virat always knew the tension between his mother, father and BK. Had to make sure none feels bad and walked the tricky tightrope of balance. In this he had to ensure to behave as per script. He could not divert from it. This we have image conscious Virat with a gigantic Placating nature.

The he meets typhoon Sai who is most like 'Aye toh Welcome, Jaye toh Bheer Kam' kind of a person. This makes his inner suppressed self that never got to grow slowly blossom. It is not black vs white. Virat's real self/suppressed self is no saint. Being suppressed for long, it is egoistic, selfish, toxic and clingy. It simply wants and wants; not oriented to giving. That flawed self is enthralled with Sai's brightness.

It latches onto her and since it is real and not a facade; Virat has a tendency to blur everything when he is happy with Sai. He is fixated with her/ more like a part of his soul is. This is sheer escapism at play that grew into a toxic haven of love.

Virat has deep issues. In fact Ninad and Ashwini and BK are responsible for it. Ashwini with her tendency to adjust and always treat him like the son who can make no mistake, made him adopt his facade, rarely speak out against wrongs and expect Sai to treat him the same. Unfortunately, Sai neither trusted him that much not was blind or mute to things. BK and her authoritative nature revolved around Virat as the heir. So he learnt to take things and declare things; give and lose ground only with motive or bigger goal. Virat essentially turned narcissistic and selfish with obsession to protect and maintain his territory - his family image.

Ninad has the most Interesting contribution to make. He idealized his strong father; saw him as perfect. He copied him almost. Then Ninad had to go and break his illusions by confessing about the real reason he left the army. This took away Virat's ideal.

So now we have a selfish, authoritative, Raja Beta with no ideal to tether him. He goes to Gadchiroli and meets his mentor. All of a sudden Kamal Sir ia enough to fill the vacuum. As he adjusts, his destabilized Perfect image self that is sort of weakened meets Sai and his real self gets a chance to seep out of his Wounded Perfect self.

He begins copying his mentor and starts getting protective of Sai. Slowly her brash attitude and open self starts cutting off his chains. The real Virat begins to peek through and of course Sai being the focal point tethers that flawed real self of Virat.

His Image conscious perfect self isn't happy. That self is troubled. He cannot like Sai. Also he has made promises. Then the Jagtap issue comes up and his Perfect Self gets an excuse to retain the moral high ground: He will be her saviour. He will keep her safe.

And with this his two selves reach a doable compromise.

Virat's extreme emotions originate from his suppressed, flawed real self. The self that is fixated on Sai to the point of obsession. It is the influence of this Self that made his Perfect Image Conscious self chose to play the heart broken husband card and self victimse himself. Any other excuse or reason would have clashed both his selves together. This was the only one that was acceptable.

The real flawed self of Virat is also no hero. In fact it is probably more toxic in comparison. That self also considers Sai his territory. His outbursts at BK originate from that.

In a way Virat hates and loves Sai. His Perfect Image Self despises Sai more than Patralekha and BK's hatred put together.

His Real flawed suppressed self considers himself Sai's owner. She is his territory and he "loves" Her.

That's how I see Virat. Virat's antagonistic expressions towards Sai can be explained by this if Neil supposedly reads his character like I do.

But I don't think the CVs really go this deep. Ah well, Khayal mein hi sahi, this is how I read Virat.

Also, extra interpretation:

Virat tolerates and gives Leeway to Pakhi because she loves his Perfect image self. That perfect image self is characterized by his utmost devotion to his family; his best pretension. That's the Virat Pakhi met. Her loving him Justifies the existence of his Perfect Image Self that is a construct. It is not real.

While Sai dragged out his real self. The self that probably doesn't care that much for his family like he pretends. That is toxic and self obsessed. So Sai is a Threat to Virat himself.

The description of Virat's characterisation is so apt, perfectly conceptualized, that's why we always say it's not Pakhi who is P1, P2, it's actually Virat who is V1, V2, like Sai once said, there is two Virat, and that's how it is.....

Virat1- the family man, perfect son, heir, father

Virat2- Sai's lover, who loves her obsessively and selfishly

And both V1 and V2 falls into the category of darker grey and toxic,

Sai became his escape from the facade of perfect son and family man, that's why he treats her like trash coz there's sense of authority and ownership on her, but it became worst nightmare for Sai who is a free bird,

Also agree with your previous post they are extremely incompatible, yet they fell in love and then struggled to maintain that love at each and every step, coz for any relationship to work there needs to be compatibility which they lacked from day 1 and only love was not enough.........
