Karwa chauth won't be celebrated in the show I think, if it does, then it would be just becoz of sheer favouritism.

Maharashtrians don't celebrate Karwa Chauth.

This must be Diwali ... maybe they'll show few days later type thing. House is also decorated.

Anyway these episodes might fall on actual Diwali.

@pakhi... that festival was Vadpoornima/vatsavitri. Happens around June/July.

It's also for husband's long life but Vad/Banyan tree is worshipped.
