Why is Sai virat marriage still valid !!

No of years does not make a difference.. you have to file for a divorce in India

.. A big minister in India is not living with his wife for 50 years now ..they have not even seen each other face does that mean they are divorced … of course not … He had to write her name in public records as wife .because .. you have to file for divorce in court ..

Virat assuming Sai died .. when she was alive n practicing is wrong .. otherwise whole India need not file for divorce just stay in different cities .. aise thodi hota hai

so pls let’s not get into how many years of leap has happened.. Sai was alive and practicing as a doctor in Maharashtra itself .. she must have filed for income tax .. how can her husband assume she died

They have to address this. Sai is the wife n VP marriage is invalid. Divorce drama must come with Sai taking the initiative and getting a restraining order against CN animals so that they can't even meet Savi

I think Sai will file but by then if savi s identity s known BK may not allow.

See my point is .. a person cannot just claim that the spouse is dead .. especially when the said person was working and practicing in a nearby city in the same identity

and you don’t scream from rooftops saying such and such is my ex spouse simply because you have not been living together .. even for 50 years you live apart .. you are married .. till you move your a$$$ and file for divorce in court

But once she files for divorce .. Savi ka truth will have to come out because.. court will ask for children in marriage

if virat n Sai both claim the child belongs to someone else .. still birth certificates will have to be shown .. proof has to be done family courts are more rigid with regards to children

so Savi will have to get recognition and maintenance from her father .. even if he fails in custody

No need to spend money and no need for the laws, as well.

Sai is the legal wife and they can't keep showing her as the other woman.

very very valid points ..But with this makers i can not trust ..Till now they have not written any singe track in respect to law..Very sensitive issues have been dealt with some crass manner..

My fear is that they might even show 9 years leap to make it legal or do some twist so that the entire blames falls on Sai..They are doing Anniversary years jhol..Savi does not look like more than 6 and when devar bhabi got married vinu was only 3...So vinu is now 3+5=8 and savi is 7.5 ..How ridiculous..

Agreed to this. One marriage has to be dissolved for legal reasons. N it will be Sai, so Savi's truth has to come out
