yesterday they had spoilers showing .. ashwini refusing to keep Sai n Savi in Chavan niwas .. and Sai hearing it clearly and even Savi most probably she was there in the hospital room .
All this will come to bite Ashwini when she comes to know that Savi is her grandchild ..

I am very glad Sai is maintaining her own residence and is in no way dependent on virat . The only person needed there now is vinu

And she will not tell she's the mother even if she knows.

As Vinu had accident and was found by Virat and P. And she will never want him to know that his parents have changed.

Vinu has been staying in this family for way too long with no complaints. He is attached to his parents even if not toooo attached. Chavannis are financially better off. Even though surrogacy was illegal, the child has been staying with them for a long time now. How will the court uproot a child from where he is comfortable?

Vinu even without knowing Sai is his mother and Savi is his sister, is feeling strong connection with them, so if logically he should chose them only when he gets to know Sai and Savi are his family, his real mother and sister, generally court in such cases takes Kid's wishes into consideration and hand over the Custody according to that.....

Plus this Ghum makers are psychotic, otherwise no court would provide child's custody to Patralekha, considering her criminal records, plus if Vinu comes to know what she has done to separate him and his father from his mother and what all hardships his mother went in to for his safety then I'm sure, he will not even look at Patralekha.......

The biggest problem with my theory today is why is virat listening and discussing with P2?! Doesn’t he know she is delusional? Only P1 is the genuine one… so the theory fails there.

Court will send child with biological mother unless mother is a criminal ....

Sai can prove illegal surrogacy easily and take the child...for her just dna reports are enough ...also savi seems to be more jubilant and her entire past has record how good mother and human is she...

Court prefer biological parents over foster ones except in some conditions
