Hmm. I wrote somewhere yesterday that Pakhi is using(atleast in her behavior) a man who has last chance at fatherhood in the disguise of helping him and getting closer to him. If this is role reveresed, then it would be such a crime.

Legally I am not sure how to prove it, though we can say here Pakhi is in power so whatever she does to get physically close to him can be termed sexual abuse :) But morally it is definitely wrong, when he doenst have that kind of intention or inclination.

Makers are cleverly hiding her intentions. The dialogues say waqt bitaana, kareeb aana but they show her as a woman who needs emotional support. So we also get confused.

Rk at this point, wanted to separate Rono and Emon, thats all. After cafe kaand, she clearly understood she cant get Rono back. But here they are still keeping her dellusional.

Yeah it is hard to prove a man getting abused. Biology comes into picture too. And societal norms, conditioning etc come into picture. Can a woman rape a man! impossible I guess. :) Biology doesnt support nor the strength.

It can only be proven if the man feels humiliated, agitated and used by the behavior of the said woman and moves the court. That is the only way I think to start discussion, which is otherwise hard to envision in the first place. unfortunately.

There are many girls who harass guys.. From my experience those guys were only being stupid, as a result got themselves trapped badly.. Virat is certainly one such man, who is only getting himself trapped..

Pakhi slapped sai which led her permanent infertility ..Thats should be enough reason for him to rule out Pakhi to be the surrogate..
