Disgusting things Paki is currently doing to get to Virat - Is this se*ual harassment?

What if it was the other way - man in Paki’s place and woman in Virat’s place ?

Wouldn’t there be a huge hue and cry and people shouting HARASSMENT on the rooftops?

Why is this issue taken lightly when the victim is a man?

Yes true but they don't care of don't see it like that.

The same issue was raised during Virat's first hospitalization, where Pakhi stayed whole night with Virat, that time people were connected to Virat and kind of cared about him, hence they raised the issue regarding Male harrassment, but I fairly remember our dear ML Mr. Neil Bhatt had dismissed the matter and put up a story in Pakhi's defence that apparently what Pakhi did, was her care, concern and love towards Virat and not harrassment, people were taking it in other direction 🥲

After that people stopped this topic, although he did get a lot of bashing for his negligent comments and abashedly supporting an established antagonist character like Pakhi, bcoz it was apparently played by his then fiance and now wife Aishwarya 🤡

Coming to Indian laws...woman has more privilege..since they are harrassed brutally in past years....but there are also a section of woman like pakhi who use these laws to harass man to take revenge or other personal benefits...and for man it is difficult to prove before the court....there are some laws where failure to provide proof by accused will declare him guilty

There was a case where a lady accused a senior for raping her 6 year daughter and he was arrested under posco act and when magistrate questioned the child.. the child admitted mother asked her to tell lies to trap the man...later enquired the lady had some professional rivalry...

Consent is must to touch others body and what pakhi did was sexual harassment if anyone accept or not

Main reason the character virat himself don't mind pakhi actions

He don't mind her invading his private space

He don't mind her changing his t shirt

He don't mind her asking him for a hug

He don't mind her asking him to take her for ice cream ALONE

Just giving 2-3 weird expressions to her actions is not enough.

His strong defense to pakhi shows he don't mind her actions.

So when the main party himself don't have problem with it, there is no room for harassment discussion.

Same case with gender reversal too

If any girl is okay with a man invading her private space then it is not harassment.

Being silent(silence out of helplessness is exception) is equal to encouraging such actions.

Moreover I remember whole fandom voicing out this during ml's first hospital scene.

And our lovable ml defended that character by equating pakhi care & love with Sai's.

This happens everywhere..!! There was an episode of American Idol in which Katy Perry was legit hitting on the guy, and no one gave a shit whereas people would’ve lost it if it were a guy hitting on a female contestant. I’m not saying Katy did any sort of harassment, just explaining the fact how things are different for men and women both in different situations and scenarios

Anyway coming back to Ghum, P has been legit harassing Virat since inception of the show like fixing his shirt for him.. trying to sleep with him on holi 2.0 and before diwali when Sammy went to the orphanage! Also, when she proposed to have an extramarital affair with him in the cafe🙌🏼 And yes also when she wanted to go with him to Ladakh🤣🤣 and CN people chose to turn a blind 👁 to that!!

And yes what she plans to do with him now and what she wanted to do with him before Sai suggested surrogacy “she thought of sleeping with him, so he’ll accept her for the sake of his child” eewwwwwww
