Sai dreamt of Saavi na... This was the name they had thought of together and then in the episode where P asks for hug from V... Just before that in that banter ... They call SaiRat as boys name...

Today with Vinayak and Bianca.. that possibility is gone...so if the child is born through P... It would be vinayak or Bianca but if a child is born to Sai... It would be Saavi or SaiRat
