I guess IBF is just a foundation, the main authority regarding complaints are BCCC, which was set up by the IBF, also it's kind of work with in coordination with Ministry of I&B, means they're answerable to government coz it's government recognised body.Here's the information which I found regarding BCCC,

• Broadcasting Content Complaints Council (BCCC), the independent self-regulatory body for non-news general entertainment channels set up by the Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF) in June 2011.
• There is a constructive recognition of BCCC’s self-regulatory mandate by the Ministry of I&B, which refers complaints received/generated by it to the Council. A positive synergy exists between BCCC and Ministry of I&B with the Council keeping the Ministry informed of the action taken by it.
• There has been a rapid increase in the number of complaints being handled by BCCC in view of the various measures implemented by the IBF’s member channels and the increased awareness amongst the Indian television audience.
• The Council has, from time to time, received matters, complaints and references from the Hon’ble High Courts. It provides inputs to the Ministry of I&B for responding to questions put up by Hon’ble Members of Parliament.
• Directives, Orders and Advisories issued by BCCC have received full compliance from member channels of IBF. There has been no instance of violation in this regard. The number of Advisories issued by BCCC since its inception has risen to 13.
• BCCC has issued 15 Detailed Orders to channels. Through these Orders, channels were asked to run apology scrolls and, in some cases, furnish financial penalties.
• BCCC has held Five Interactive Sessions with channels to sensitise them about different aspects of content. Two such sessions have been conducted in Mumbai and one each in Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

I am all for freedom of speech but with in the garb of fiction, they show kuch bhi and then these will be the same people will ulta blame the audience. But I like their stance. Nahi dekhna toh mat dekho. Theek hai.

So I just went over the recent ones and only map of India wrongly depicted in Ziddi Dil was asked to be corrected, which was done by the PH.

For all other shows incl YHC abuse of a child as well as Kapil Sharma show were justified one way or other the reason accepted by IBF and dismissed. Another show that showed prolonged abuse of DIl was dismissed with warning.

So at this point I can only laugh at the decision and reasoning given.

If any of you on insta, do check Vankars story about " life has no remotes, get up & change it yourself" ..is he indirectly taunting us to change channel if we want to.. we all are such fools that we talk as a pen warrior online, but never actually change the channel, the reason for trp from yesterday....hoping next week we see a low trp now that we all know they played our emotions due to Sai & the false precap & the filth/cringe they keep showing us

Convoluted but pointless reply.

Nothing short of PP getting arrested will be justice.

They are trying to minimize V's role by saying he was too stressed, its harder to recignize family crimes and how it was a "misunderstanding".

V seh ek hi expectation thi- that he stands by Sai firmly. That he understands that her reason to dobut Pp are all valid. But instead he allowed criminal deeds to happen. Despite multiple times it being established that pp is NOT qualified he is cool with her being surrogate, questions his wife 's decision and eventually calls pp as mahaan and Sai as stubborn.

At least if V had not been around when pp did these illegal things, it'd be palatable. But he was there. That makes him more guilty. Pp seh toh yehi expected hai but V seh we had hopes, he is an ips, a husband , a man who claims to love his wife but he always lets us down.

Just like the makers n the channel..

I feel they will make pp a mother. She has no other role now. Samrat s also dead. Unless trp become less than 2 for some weeks atleast.

They should have shown her pregnant with Samrats child instead of taking away the rights of FL to be a mother.
