I have not seen any episode of this show from the time when Virat was emo virat... (I don't even know why he was emo-Virat... maybe Sai rejected his love?)

But now coming back, Now that everyone is talking about miscarriage and surrogacy etc... Does that mean that Sai completed her MBBS and started MS?

or Did she and Virat decide to have baby in middle of a stressful year of MBBS?

Was there a time leap?

And what is the age difference between Virat and Sai? (This doubt, I had from beginning.. never got answered)
