2-2 answer can be one that they are implying surrogacy.. they are voicing it out loudly ..but they have also shown pakhi has negative thoughts .. and she wants to get virat .. so to make her a surrogate willingly is not likely ..

So she can forcefully impregnate herself .. by hiding her identity.. it happens in tv all the time .. no sense but Nik sense

Or they can show Sai considering surrogacy.. but gets pregnant in the process .. she has a very difficult birth .. and patralekha tries Killing the baby ..

but after the birth .. patralekha starts taking care of the baby like RK .. and through that create a divide between Sai n virat ..

I would really like to see Sai's detective brain at work. She should find a surrogate but pretend that Pakhi is the surrogate by having a secret deal with the IVF doctor. And expose her when Pakhi starts her "haq" on Virat. That will be so much fun.

I really want they show Sai pregnant even if it's difficult, it'll be nice plot, trp aunties might tune in to know what will happen to Sai and her child coz pregnancy is difficult, I don't know what Vankar is thinking, does he really think ppl will be interested in a vamp's pregnancy, who want to see Patralekha's motherhood, is he that mad to not know this, ppl might just puke and move on, can't imagine her roaming in the house with baby bump!!

Or worse they're planning to make the show Pakhi centric during her Surrogate pregnancy, coz she said na I will hide, nobody will know, so eventually ppl will come to know that she's pregnant, might question her, she'll bahao her 2 rupees tears on front of Chavans and Virat, they may melt, I don't know what I'm ranting but nothing is making sense, how will they plan to move the story once the embryo will be implanted in Patralekha's womb, how will they show freaking 9 months!! I can't seriously can't!!
