No no itna bada risk nhi lenge, precap is played means channel has also approved it means Sai will definitely get pregnant in coming week, although the set up will not be same like promo of precap, it'll come out differently!

Also, if they're taking even a little bit of gist of tracks from KD, then this pregnancy track make sense, coz now no track left before this!
