Are you talking about loss of mental peace in Sairat relationship or in real life ?
Relationship needs time and effort but I can’t agree it can cost mental peace in an expectation that eventually everything will get better. Anything that cost our mental peace and health really doesn’t worth it.
I am talking about normal marriages where couples have different ideas. Not extreme cases of abuse and restriction of freedom. Also the mental peace I was talking is when couple fights. Not when they abuse. I can change my wordings if it is sending wrong message. thanks.
My opinions in this forum are based on presumption that I talk about couples in normal marriages not abusive or painful marriages.
I agree. Not talking to each other for 2-3 days after a fight can also be loss of mental peace.

Very well written 👏
One thing that has been vital and worth in this show is the organic progression of Sairat as a couple. Theirs was a forced marriage. Unlike an arranged marriage where a couple is consenting to explore the relationship or a love marriage where the couple is more than willing to take the plunge, here they have primary hurdle to accept the each other and their relationship.
It takes time for two people to get aligned with with each other and the presence of each other in their lives. First getting to know each other, learning more and then accepting the likes and dislikes, flaws and the person as whole. Its a journey. and it doesn't happen overnight.
Sai and Virat and opposites and so is their upbringing and backgrounds. They are contrasting personalities but like you mentioned they are connected by their goodness. They have their own flaws but they are good at heart and only wish well for everyone. But Sai is simple, and is exactly what meets the eye. V is complex, whose goodness is layered up by the family beliefs, upbringing and other influences. He has been more of an amicable guy all his life unlike Sai who speaks her mind always. So it is difficult to understand V. The layers are too many to see his true being. And hence the time taken by both the see, know and fall in love.
Rest is all about "If they are meant to be together they will find their way to each other. They will find their calling in each other"
Today Sai took on the role of Virat’s wife and helped him view the right perspective . Slowly her Yin and his Yang is coming together. He was willingly listening to her, understanding her viewpoint and realising his mistakes as well. I loved today’s conversation, definitely a great progression in their relationship
