Bold: Was it after their last scene in the hospital ward with Shruti, when Sai gave good wishes to Virat’s ‘family’ for their future ( I dont remember exactly what she said, but something along this line). Because before that was the scene in front of the hospital mandir, and Virat was the one who held Sai’s hand first. Maybe somebody else can give the right answer, I have forgotten the details😅.

Virat didnt touch Shruti’s baby bump. He just pointed towards her bump when talking about Sahas.

They tried pulling a kuch kuch hota hai but it ended up being even worse than a sasta version of it.
