I wasn’t impressed with the Kannada promo itself . Generally , Hindi version beats regional ones in terms casting , production value and romantic scenes .

Among all the versions , glum is the best in overall sense . I didn’t like the lead actress in Tamil version , she is more suited for vamp role than FL . In Bengali version , the actress playing Emon was beautiful though she didn’t look like a 18 yr old . I wasn’t impressed with Rono but Rono and Emon romantic scenes are lit . Glum can no where be close to that . The actors were professional and were comfortable with each other .

Ghum has the best casting and no one can come close to Neil in terms of portraying Virat’s character . Ayesha has that innocence and bubbly nature required to play a 18 yr old which was missing in other versions . Now the controversial part , Aishwarya as Pakhi is the most beautiful among all others who played Pakhi’s role . I have heard about RK’s exceptional acting in Bengali version but I didn’t find anything great maybe because I cannot understand the language.
