Let's say that he did say that nothing was there (like he has said before) - Sai would not have believed in that moment because she does not believe it herself. If he had told Sai he loved her, again she would not believe it because she does not sense it.

Sai is just that way. She needs to fully accept something clearly for it to have value to her. Nothing he would've said would have had any impact.

Insulting and heartbroken yes but wasn't it insulting to actually let her believe that they made a pact where Pakhi was allowed to come back to him and bechaari was waiting for him. I am sure Sai wouldn't have believed in that situation but once she calms down she would have definitely given a thought to his words.

The way Sai kept saying bechaari is still waiting when walking on the road clearly indicates she thinks that's true 😂

Yeah but I don't think Sai would have thought about it at all. During the fight after he tells her to stay or he'll call the force, he ended the commitment jalebi but that didn't sink in for her.......😆

Honestly the true answer is that KD exists and if he spoke up, the show would be over so. 🤣
