What is wrong is wrong and should be called out.. Actor playing Khilji cannot come and justify his attitude towards Padmavati and actor playing Padmavati cannot support it back just because they are dating in real life.. A lot of women anyway think its fine to go after a guy and they cannot be rejected because they are after all women.. and such statements from actors are going to encourage such women..

Edit: Just went on neil's story and saw the last ig post of his. 😲 So for all those wondering what the topic maker is talking about, I guess it is because aishwarya responded very defensively to a sairat fan story where pakhi was accused of harassing virat in that hospital scene, and she reposted it in her story with a very very defensive comment (which is odd given any other actor would have ignored that fan's insta story and accusation given the harassment accusation was against her character and not aishwarya so why did she respond so defensively in the first place and so rudely?) and then neil reposted aishwarya's response to that sairat fan on his story with his response.

Why did she get so so offended and take it personally? That sairat fan was talking clearly about the scene and the characters and even referred to bhabhi harassing her devar and did not say aishwarya was harassing neil, so why did aishwarya respond like that? 😲 Her behaviour surprised me.

The fan had referred to pakhi and not aishwarya as the harasser as the sairat fan called the scene as a bhabhi harassing her devar, so her very defensive response was very uncalled for and no other actor would have made such a response knowing a fan is talking about the character's actions and not attacking the actor personally.

I kind of doubt that. She will spin the whole story other way around. She will say Sairat fans harassed her and went through trauma because of that. Trust me she will play victim card beautifully with her partner beside her like today.

She will quote few teens morphing photos as example and how much she had to bear this kind of emotional harassment!

The best thing would be to avoid her in SM at all costs for our own sanity.

I know actors who have faced same as her or even worse and not reacted the way she does or just kept quiet.

To be fair I understand neil's stance as it's his fiance who he feels he should come in defense for as any partner would, problem is that this time aishwarya really is to blame here as she blew things completely out of proportion by taking a comment about her character's actions as a personal attack and in return attacked a fan which was wrong and immature of her to do.

Historical figures. Ranveer singh played evil khilji and deepika played queen padmavati who was married to king ratan singh who was played by shahid kapoor in the film based on the historical events involving these figures, and we all know ranveer and deepika were a couple even then. So kind of like how here the vamp and male lead actors of this show are dating in real life, the villain and main heroine of padmavati movie are a couple too, and the lead protagonist dating the actor who plays the antagonist cannot defend the negative character just because they are dating the actor playing that evil character.

Neil defending aishwaryacoz they are dating is his personal choice but when Neil defends pp the character it is utterly irresponsible and downright stupid, ridiculous . Makes me doubt his IQ and EQ. I’m glad his personal “opinion” have so far not impaired his acting chops. Small mercies. What message is he trying to send out. That it’s ok for a married woman to eye her devar as her lover just coz they had a 2 day infatuation. That it’s ok for her to invade a couples private space and create misunderstandings, try to drive a wedge between them, treat the rightful legallywedded wife as if she is a piece of trash and as if she is the other woman?! That it’s ok for her to caress her BIL affectionately and guilt him into spending time with her even when he has clearly stated that he no longer feels comfortable entertaining her presence and is in love with his wife and does not want her to interfere in their personal matters. That in her blind hate for Sai due to her being “ lonely and heartbroken” she can spew lies, venom against an innocent girl. That she can be so blind in her hatred that she will support wrong actions against the rest of the family like Devi and mohit just to be against Sai.to the point of lying, fabricating fake evidence, shamelessly letting one person take the fall for your crimes too.

Is this the character Neil Bhatt is defending?! Like seriously. Despite all her actions, they think audience is wrong for calling Pp’s actions out as Harrasment and they think it’s just pure care/concern. Who kicks out a mans wife from the hospital and stays in his room all night knowing how uncomfortable it makes him. He has clearly asked her to stay in her limit and yet she is behaving like a total maniac and they want the audience to see pp’s actions as “love”, “ concern” . It’s only obsession, harrasment and downright disgusting and immoral.

And the fact that neither of them point out her obvious negative deeds is so infuriating like that fake letter she wrote, or how she refuses twice to let her devar's wife meet him in hospital only to proceed to stick around him after successfully intimidating and insulting his wife away from him and herself stays in the hospital the entire time instead of allowing his wife to be with him even after he reprimanded her for not letting his wife meet him, or despite virat twice now having told pakhi to not come to him alone when their partners are not here as the doesn't find it right or comfortable and she continues to ignore him. Why are neither of them acknowledging the outright wrong things pakhi does but are quick to defend her? It's as if they both have taken any criticism against pakhi as a personal attack on aishwarya. And then if we criticise pakhi, then the actress playing pakhi starts bashing us for our critiques even on the character's actions and neil comes to defend her as if pakhi cannot be criticised by anybody.
