honestly I started watching the show when abba got shot...

Ayesha’s emotions were top notch, it didn’t feel like she was acting.

From her praying to usha maushi coming to her to tell her he is no more. The way she stopped usha maushi and walked to the room praying.. started scolding him in disbelief and then asked maushi to tell him to wake up and that he’s upset that she keeps scolding him..

Even Neil, the sheer pain in his eyes seeing her go through that trauma.. they way he held her shoulder and she shrugged him and him shaking her out...

her trying to find that raksha kavach and realizing her father is no more.. I broke down when she was told to sambhalo herself and she said how, mujhe sambhalne wala toh chala gaya..

even the cremation.. virat remembered his guru but Sai stopped him saying I’m his daughter and son, remembering their moments and finally breaking down seeing his soul leave his body forever..

And her getting his uniform and breaking down to her hallucinating her father and him saying aaja mere pass main yahi hoon.. and ofcourse finally taking the dreaded step of wanting to be with her father..

I remember post donating blood when Virat looks at Sai through the glass window and questing kyun Sai tumne aisa kadam kyun uthaya... Usha maushi responds saying woh aur kya karti, uski poori duniya uske abba the aur jab duniya hi nahi rahi toh aur kya karti woh...

It was completely heartbreaking! The way ayesha emoted in those scenes made me fall in love with her..

it showed the relationship abba and Sai shared and what she went through... all the tradition of emotions from hope to disbelief to pain to anger to helplessness to the feeling of not living without her father..

I have tears while writing this because that was the beauty of those episodes ( and ofcourse I skipped didi scenes as usual)

That was some intense acting and since I stay away from my parents currently. I get emotional when I see those episodes.
I remember people didn’t like her acting initially but I have always found her to be spot on.

I’m not ready to watch what’s happening at the moment. I’ve gone back to the GC days.

Those early days were magical to watch...how can people not enjoy those. As you’ve all pointed out it’s the chemistry of the leads and good scenes in GC😍

I felt her pain... the pain a daughter has of unexpectedly losing her parent and her only family... I don’t think ayesha did any mistake in those scenes... she neither came out as overdoing it nor did she under did anything...

it was so realistic that I still cry when I watch those scenes and writing about it brings tears in my eyes

I am surprised reading this that initially people didn’t like her acting, i find her really different from other female leads and her command over her voice is great. I was surprised when Ayesha said in her interview that she is very chilled out in real life because it takes lot of power to demonstrate such strong character skills of Sayi.

Definitely, not sure how many times I have watched those scenes. Heartbreaking, yet beautiful ❤❤. The way Virat also looks at Sai while donating blood to her from the other room, having flashbacks of how lively and bold she used to be and how lifeless she was on that bed. Such a beautiful scene, looking at it from his eyes.

Her breaking down as you said mujhe sambhaalne waale toh chale gaye, loved Ayesha in it ❤❤.

The hospital scene when she realises that he actually was dead and the raksha daaga, they were all too beautiful. Even breaking down and falling on the floor and Maushi holding her in that room ❤.

I am not sure how many many times I have watched all those scenes ❤❤

Hmm, i even don’t remember whether i used to like Neil in other serial infact I have stopped watching ITV serials long before but this serial some how grabbed my attention. I think i hooked up with it during Basant Panchmi scene when Sayi got ready and was coming down , Virat was all angry but after seeing Sayi his reaction was all freeze as if some cool breeze has touched him(remembering Main Hoon Na scene when Srk kay peeche violin bajne lagte hai after seeing Sushmita Sen🤪) I find Ayesha has some unconventional beauty which really makes her different from typical FL of ITV and Virat and Sayi chemistry for sure did the charm.

Upar se both the girls looked same according to everyone. It was more difficult for me because I have problem in recognizing faces. So I was like gaya kam se. I will take episodes before their faces are imprinted in my head.

And as I used to dislike Neil, I decided not to give it a try. But then on YouTube I used to see their scenes and that shoving scene was really all I love about a show/couple.

Surprisingly the girls didn't look same in the show and it was easier for me. 🤣 Sairat takkar in GC made me fall in love with them.

I agree that Basant Panchmi episode where she comes down and he can't take his eyes off her was one of the scenes that made me a true shipper of Sairat. It made me fall in love with their title track song.

But the scene that made me say, I am a shipper is their first pillow wall scene. I can watch it again and again. When he looks at her in between the pillows. She opens her eyes and he hides his face. Then open his eyes again and both smile.

And that chipkali scene when she falls on him. Ayesha's acting was so perfect. How she didn't let her leg hanging off the bed because she was scared or when she checked again while she proudly said she isn't afraid even of sher. 🤣

Back then she sometimes addressed him as TUM when pissed or angry. 😆 Now as she respects him it's AAP.
