I was rewatching the hospital episodes after Sai’s dad dies and she comes to the room.

I loved the way ayesha acted. It was one of her best episodes in terms of acting. The way she cries and they way she portrays anger the next moment.

Neils expressions are on point in those episodes. How he projects the hurt when she accuses and the understanding.

Yesterday, i watched the scene when she went to submerge Kamal Joshi ashes in river, it was an emotional scene. Also before trying suicide when she saw her Abba everywhere again and again.

But one things its hard to understand when Sayi tried to suicide even though they were many people who can take her to hospital why did they wait for Virat to come and take her. I don’t get the logic at times Hero aayega toh hi kaam hoyega and other people will just act like morons .

A very good question. Story kaise aage badega? As you have rightly pointed out, the girl who is a superwoman also needs a hero who will not only save life but will also give her life and take her responsibility. Whenever they want Virat will be a hero, whenever his role is over, Sai will become a superhero.

Yeh ITV hai, humein logic nahi dhoondna chahiye.

The way she shoved Virat in that hospital is the reason that made me watch the show. Angst, hatred, pain... just what I love. Neil's expression in that scene made me fall in love with his acting while for years I found him 👎🏼 Otherwise I don't think I would have given this show a chance. 🤣

Yeah those scenes were done so well. The angst and the way they handle their emotions.

If you notice in the GC episodes , every time virat touches Sai in some form, she shrugs or pushes him away , and every time his expression is worth watching for. The subtle hurt he gets. Even during the safe house episode , he will try to console her by touching her shoulders and she will shrug away from him, his hand will be there in the air for some time with a disappointed expression 😂🙈

I can still watch GC scenes again and again. I just love how she used to be rude with him but he dealth with her with so much patience. Their funny nok jhok were lovely too. She disliked him but still was so possessive about him. He loved someone else but still couldn't stop being in awe with her. They were like two magnets. 😆 Paas aaye toh khaa jaaye. Door jaaye toh kheecha chale aaye. 😆

I know they still are when in their own bubble. But alas, no drama no fun for TRP aunties :)

I love their video chats and audio calls during GC times. Man she snubbed him so many times 😂

Hmm, i even don’t remember whether i used to like Neil in other serial infact I have stopped watching ITV serials long before but this serial some how grabbed my attention. I think i hooked up with it during Basant Panchmi scene when Sayi got ready and was coming down , Virat was all angry but after seeing Sayi his reaction was all freeze as if some cool breeze has touched him(remembering Main Hoon Na scene when Srk kay peeche violin bajne lagte hai after seeing Sushmita Sen🤪) I find Ayesha has some unconventional beauty which really makes her different from typical FL of ITV and Virat and Sayi chemistry for sure did the charm.

It’s funny how I was also rewatching those episodes last night...

honestly I started watching the show when abba got shot...

Ayesha’s emotions were top notch, it didn’t feel like she was acting.

From her praying to usha maushi coming to her to tell her he is no more. The way she stopped usha maushi and walked to the room praying.. started scolding him in disbelief and then asked maushi to tell him to wake up and that he’s upset that she keeps scolding him..

Even Neil, the sheer pain in his eyes seeing her go through that trauma.. they way he held her shoulder and she shrugged him and him shaking her out...

her trying to find that raksha kavach and realizing her father is no more.. I broke down when she was told to sambhalo herself and she said how, mujhe sambhalne wala toh chala gaya..

even the cremation.. virat remembered his guru but Sai stopped him saying I’m his daughter and son, remembering their moments and finally breaking down seeing his soul leave his body forever..

To the song playing during the prayer meeting with their memories

O Ri Chiraiya, Nanhi si chidiya
Angana mein phir aaja re

O Ri Chiraiya, Nanhi si chidiya
Angana mein phir aaja re

Andhiyara.. hai ghana
Aur lahu se sana

Kirno ke tinke, ambar se chunn ke
Angana mein phir aaja re

Humne tujhpe hazaaro sitham hai kiye
Humne tujhpe jahaa bhar ke zulm kiye
Humne socha nahi, Tu jo udh jaayegi
Ye zameen tere bin sooni reh jaayegi
Kiske dum pe sajega mera angana

O Ri Chiraiya, Meri chiraiya
Angana mein phir aaja re

Tere pankho mein saare sitare jadhu
Teri chunar thanak setha satrangi bhunu
Tere kaajal mein main, kaali raina bharu
Teri mehandi mein main, kachi dhoopa malu
Tere naino sajaa doon naya sapna

O Ri Chiraiya, Meri Chiraiya
Angana mein phir aaja re

And her getting his uniform and breaking down to her hallucinating her father and him saying aaja mere pass main yahi hoon.. and ofcourse finally taking the dreaded step of wanting to be with her father..

I remember post donating blood when Virat looks at Sai through the glass window and questing kyun Sai tumne aisa kadam kyun uthaya... Usha maushi responds saying woh aur kya karti, uski poori duniya uske abba the aur jab duniya hi nahi rahi toh aur kya karti woh...

It was completely heartbreaking! The way ayesha emoted in those scenes made me fall in love with her..

it showed the relationship abba and Sai shared and what she went through... all the transition of emotions from hope to disbelief to pain to anger to helplessness to the feeling of not living without her father..

I have tears while writing this because that was the beauty of those episodes ( and ofcourse I skipped didi scenes as usual)
