Nobody has defended Sai. Almost all of us have said she IS wrong. Bass hum ye soch kar dukhi hai ki sahi intention hokar bhi Sai is the only one who will pay the price for her actions. Bk gang will never go to jail but Sai will definitely pay a big price.
Yet people are ready to claim that we are "blinding defending". How is it a defense when we are calling her out as wrong but just being cognizant of all her situations. Galti koi bhi karein galti hoti hai, true, but it does matter what a persons age/experience/personality/situation is. That doesn't diminish the mistake itself but provides perspective. And nazariya badalne seh bahut kuch badalta hai.
I genuinely wish they would show her apologize for her mistake in real too n not just in her head. Because that'd be a great scene and be progress in Sairat relationship. Ayesha will nail a scene like that. But that'll call for originality from makers.
In this track, We know virat has every right to get angry but if he crosses his limit in anger we still try to see his pov but we will still need to call him out for his mistake too. His anger is 100% justified but losing control is not. But Sai is the one thats closest to him so he can take the liberties with her that he can take with no one else.
So the people who allege blind defense of Sai are infact the ones who blindly defend virat no matter what even when he is wrong.
Both characters are flawed. Both make mistakes. So why is Sai the only one to get called out both in CN and in forum.
There are a 100 ways this track could have been better written but unfortunately it hasnt.
And so When shoddy writing leads to our characters BOTH sometimes looking like fools why selectively recall only one characters mistakes. Infact it is virat that has got the short end of the stick in terms of stupid writing. And pp/pulkit have been neglected. Thats what both come across as the worst. Atleast pulkit will be positive but pp is completely negative.
When these makers show a teenage like Sai trying to be superwoman it definitely looks silly but when an ACP who solved the GC issue and dealt with real criminals with so much ease cannot even sense that this letter is fake and needs SO long to investigate something so much simpler it looks even more ridiculous. Even when he was away ideally he could have had 2 of his subordinates look into the matter. But thats too much logic. Afterall he cant use police resources to investigate a domestic matter- but then again he can. He is shown tracking phones and doing actually policegiri when pushed to do so. If he had done some of this 20 episodes ago devkit would be happily married already. But everyone only wants to ask why Sai didnt wait to talk to virat/discuss with him. Logic fails happen with both characters.
So when we have bad writing/blind copy pasting it is up to us as audience to read between lines sometimes.
And we can only hope that someday makers will give a more realistic water tight plot.
