One of my fav scenes. This and the phone call scene before this where Sai mistakenly dials him. And Virat got to see what the real Sai is like. What she’s like with her dad. Caring, protective and basically a sweetheart.

There was absolutely nothing but this “connection” that made him visit Sai. He himself had told maushi and kamal sir that they couldn’t risk taking food for her and visiting her but he couldn’t hold himself back from going to visit her.

He became emotionally attached to Sai at that phase. He was much more than being attracted

Umm the way he cut her and said.. ...shadi merei bhai ki bhi thi...and main shadi chorkar aaya tumhare liye..abhi chinta hui toh khana laya..sab se chip kar...was his jalebi way of telling that Bhai is more important than Pakhi and probably you are as important to me as my Bhai.. He wanted Sai to know that she is important to him...

I fully believe that Virat became somewhat attached to Sai in GC itself......

Plus that dream he has of her you don’t just casually dream about hugging a random girl unless there’s something in your subconscious 😆
