Hi friend,
I needed some proper time to read this. Sorry about the late reply.
Wow 👏👏
Brilliant, beautifully written ❤❤
I love how you have explained the scenes and the way you have described their emotions.
Loved the below bits ❤❤❤
"Also when she is angry over something, even if she is impressed, she doesn't voice it out."
😆😆 you caught it, it is funny/cute that she is this way. But I enjoyed your way of describing her 😆😆. Written analysis is always more interesting 😍
"She has seen the same bravery or should I say something more in Virat that she has. "
I have seen the scene where Virat enters with blazing guns and could see Sai feeling relieved but I didn't realise what you have said she felt. I missed it, the relief ofcourse was because of the trust she had in him, that he has come and that she is out of danger.
I saw the trust part, but missed to link it with her seeing it as his bravery ❤❤. When it is in written, it is even more fascinating.
Thanks for bringing it out so beautifully.
"Virat knew she would be happy listening to this and was satisfied ."
You said at the end of the post that you have omitted a few scenes but this was one of my favourite scenes. His smile showed the happiness that his action will be conveyed to her. As you have already said, she never was impressed with him, or atleast, she never have ever told it to him or given him compliments. In this scene, I felt he would have thought, some information will be passed to her and will be good if she can get happy with something about him. 😆😆
"Rose from completely dying symbolising his attempts to keep the bond alive between him and Patralekha. And unsure of himself that he might burn the Rose down completely and alongwith it his promise to Patralekha he at once goes back and puts the half burnt Rose back into the diary. "
Oh, you have given me another way to look at the scene. Everytime I saw that scene, I come up with something. You have affirmed my perspective.
"But she had started relying on him so much so that when she was about to take her life, the last thought she had was of him. "
It is very sad, that I didn't watch the scene. It was too much for me to watch this scene. Thanks to have brought this to my notice. I knew she needed him, she calls out to him when he was leaving and at the door of her room, but this I didn't know.
"It's interesting that Patralekha's promise (though Patralekha was alive) was an inanimate object that was nothing more than a dead weight and Kamal Joshi's promise (even though he was dead) was very much alive in front of his eyes"
Wow, this is just beautiful ❤❤
"Because he said it in another captivity-captivity of Sai's arms. Patralekha's promise was chains trying to control him, but Sai's arms are there to hold him not to control him. Her embrace is not chains that he will have to break free but something he won't ever want to let go"
What do I tell about this line? The way you have symbolised both the women and their role and value in his life, amazing 👏👏👏
This is on top of my favourite lines from this post. ❤❤❤
"tells himself that she cannot keep any expectations from him. I was suddenly reminded of the scene when he was burning the Rose given by Patralekha with his own hands. More than Sai, he is scared about his own heart that is moving on."
Could it be true? May be that was done subconsciously.
"for Virat to realise how much Sai needs him."
I am happy with how you have interpreted the Mane at their wedding scene. Yes, he must have known and realised that Sai's life was always im danger in GC. He was afraid for her to be left alone, once he drops her at her house after their talk, he signs Usha Maushi to stay with Sai always and ensures she doesn't harm herself again. Well, he must have realised later that danger will always keep lurking around her in GC.
I love how you have worded it "how much Sai needs him" ❤❤
This would be the second on the favourite lines list.
"Every tear he dropped in the wedding was on the death of that promise. "
So, how many scenes are you going to make us look at differently? You are blazing guns like Virat Chavan dear friend, with lines after lines, and with new perspectives. 😆
"Every time Sai mentions Patralekha she's trying to shield herself from hurt that is going to break her heart if she doesn't build a wall."
Beautifully put!! To me, the ones in the bold is like an equation and that's how one has to see Sai whenever she brings that name. As much as how that name is actually a dagger, that is her shield too.
This is how it always has been. Though many have had issues when she brings her name, this is the bitter truth. Ofcourse, she has to move on and start trusting Virat's actions, it is still not that easy as it looks.
This is 3rd on my list of favourite lines from your post ❤
Obviously the 1st one gets 3 hearts 😆😆
Thanks for tagging me. Loved your write up. Keep writing 👏👏😍
