It's easy to side with wrong. Staying true to your word and sticking up for right needs lot of strength, esp when it's against your own family.

Shows virat's character when both devil and angel whispers things to him, who will he trust, which path will he take. Time and again, he will believe Devil who will play with his insecurities as well as reinforce his inherent nature to side his family.

The investigation he is doing now, what is he trying to do? Is he trying to find the truth or prove the letter contents being true ? I feel like he has picked a side, made the judgement, and then taking steps to show that is true. His investigation will stop when he achieves that.

Well said and this is what annoys me with the writers!! Can an IPS officer be this confused?? These folks have some ingrained qualities and thats why they are chosen to be in such a rank. They never judge, take a side without finding all the facts!! Yes, they are humans and can become emotional, however when you are solving a puzzle or a case you cannot be biased, period. Frankly I am not a fan of Virat at all.

What ever or however the other versions have transpired, a good writer will decrease the gap of flaws in those and write a good story with a sense in the characters. I know we cannot hope that in case of shows in ITV, but no harm in hoping right??? LOL

I feel character growth is missing big time, there is no common sense in people in the house, god forbid if such a family exists in reality!!! I cannot last i think even for 10 mins. If a girl is strong willed she will try to change the ways they see, but she must have atleast one strong support to carry on in such a family. And ofcourse the husband becomes the first choice. here the husband is like a pendulum. Even though a marriage is forced, eventually emotions come into play and thereby people tend to think, analyse, ask/communicate, change and so on. But alas here main characters are dumb, judgemantal, assume things, dont talk imp stuff out, and love being the devil knowingly!!

Today I felt Virat misused his IPS badge to get information about Pulkit. He went to the bank that too without a warrant to get information. I am disappointed that Virat is not a smart. He is supposed to be a topper and one of the youngest IPS but what a bummer that he is not looking at full picture.

1. Pakhi calling Virat the day before and asking him multiple times if he would cancel Devi Pulkit marriage if he found out Pulkit was married, and ended the call when Virat said yes he would.

2. Pakhi again calling in the morning and asking Virat to stop investigating the matter and believe the letter that was mysterious left at their doorstep.

This letter has so many red flags - typed, no photographs (in this day and age so easy to modify photos), no phone number, address. Incomplete information. And Virat the IPS got easily convinced. Kids these days are smarter compared to this IPS.

Virat does not know how to read people. He was telling Sai about not being able to read people but he an IPS lacks the skills of reading his “true loves” body and eye language.

Virat should have picked up on cues right away but of course his mature friend would never never ever lie. She is “Raja Harishchandra” of today who will uphold family’s honour and unlike Sai is not selfish.

Anyway there is no logic left in this show. So better not use my precious brain. I recommend we all do the same to keep our sanity.

I agree with you. When he can't even do right with his wife, then what can we think about others.

And his so called thinking of "Girls should do household work even if they study or do any kind of work" like seriously

In my opinion, both should do work, why only girl and not boy. 😕
