I know everyone was disappointed that Sai forgave so easily, but I was okay with it just because it reminded me of a beautiful piece of advice that I got from someone. "Always be slow to anger and quick to forgive." Truly and honesty people with a good heart can only do this. It is not easy to forgive someone, but if you can then you are the bigger person.

Now, that does not mean that you will just take in abuse and be quiet, but since Virat himself asked for a second chance and wanted forgiveness, I guess Sai was willing to give him.
