But @bold - That's the thing, its Aish that is being interviewed, not Pakhi. Fans already know what Pakhi wishes and wants, but the interview is to let viewers know what Aish thinks about the character she is playing. See, as viewers we wanna be on the same page as the actors playing the characters, we already have our opinion on the characters per se, we just want those living the characters to validate or tell us more about their understanding/their awareness of their role.

(I haven't watched her segments in the past few weeks and I am speaking mainly from what I gathered previously)

I haven't followed a show closely in the past years, and so haven't followed any of these segments, so I don't know about how actors have been speaking about their role. But speaking from memory, we used to have some pretty good segments a decade ago, there were good prompts and this kinda allowed actors to give their personal opinion on their characters (particularly remember one with the actor saying keep on hating me🤣).

Aish is definitely not being helped by these VOs trying to portray Sai as the third wheel. Maybe she is being briefed on what to say to maintain ambiguity about her character, but it is not working.
