Abir was a benchmark but earlier to him I adored Neil and to some extent Adarsh.

Yes. I absolutely loved the pair and the storyline without any OTT drama

Cvs seriously need to stop degrading his character , he was behaving like an MCP I didn't expect him to flip like this fast highly disappointed , why cvs need to show fight sessions daily kuch aur bhi dikhadho yaar seriously getting tired of seeing it

Aur toh kon itna hak diya ki he can order around to make sai do something , well I can see soon he is gonna regret his actions during devi tai track where sai will be thrown out and him getting to know truth , tab sai should make him do so much work so much work to manofy her takki iska akkal theek hojayeh

Value of something is realised once it is lost...I guess everything is hinting towards it...I also was surprised that how come Virat expects Sai to come neeche just because he called...I mean is it the same Virat that we know of...the one who was so eager to speak to Sai on the first day of admission never showed these signs even though then also he felt that Sai should have called him first...he thought of calling himself first...there was no "maine" attached( use bolo maine bulaya hai)...gosh there is a huge difference between then n now... Virat sir could c that everyone was lying then also he decided to sternly call his wife down and degrade her self respect and maybe humiliate her "sabke saamne" ??? What was trying to prove???that he is impartial or his wife doesn't hold that haq of being addressed with dignity??? I can now c that Sai is one poor little bakri infront of wolves who r ready to pounce on her n devour her and holder of the "rakshak" badge is just standing there opening up a communication which was supposed to be personal to only both of them infront of the bheed...hats off to the darling Sai who is too young to be exposed to such toxic atmosphere but still who stood against everyone in the family...sachhi mein use Virat sir ki zaroorat nahin hai..she can take care of herself...if she is free mentally without any obligations to adhere to so called expectations of Virat Sir n his family..then she do wonders for herself n her career...I guess woh Virat Sir ko bahut maanti hai and it's not pyar yet...but this pyar feeling is being thopofied I mean forced on her at this moment...she is so much of trauma of first loosing her aaba, then coming to a new place where she knows no one but Virat Sir(that too thoda thoda), next being exposed to taunts and mental torture everyday and every moment of her life...it's not easy ....I guess Virat sir's character needs a deep thinking again and it will take a lot of effort to bring back that zeal and trust that we had on him since starting...I don't know which way the story is going but it's very disappointing....😭

Sorry if anyone thinks otherwise...it's purely my thought process...

Dahleez was a finite series... So the characters were well sketched and no mindless drama.... Sadly such amazing shows dont get ratings.

I cannot deal with a guy who thinks he can order his wife to come down

"Kaho maine bulaya hain" was he high on something, especially if he thinks Sai of all people is going to come running because he was calling 😆

Virat's degradation as a character has been heartbreaking to watch and its just going to go down further.

"Why did you let her get away with it?"

"She needs to listen even if she has to be forced!"

Wow! Virat are you feeling validated as a man or husband after uttering these words?

Iss show TRP audience ko hi mubarak ho I can't watch an 18 year old being ganged up on by people double her age especially with a husband who seems to be thinking he is in Shakespeare's "Taming of the shrew".

I am going to take a break from watching this show may be when they finally decide to show Virat with some much needed perception and spine I'll consider rewatching but for now I am done. I'll stick around the forum though because the discussions and interpretations here are some of the best I have seen🤗

Same same here

Neil was best. An actual police officer male lead who empowered the female lead, stood up for her always, did not blindly believe what he saw and used his brain. I can't believe what they are showing of virat character

I am with you. Even I am done with the show. Will stick to reading analysis for now. It is one thing to tolerate family drama, "read abuse," but to have the male lead character go downhill for weeks is too much. I was disappointed in Virat during DIG kaand, but forgave him when he prioritized Sai over Patralekha and supported her for college admission. But ever since the mirchi kaand, when he dropped her off to college and "challenged" or should I say manipulated Sai to deal with his "dil ke ache" family, I have been constantly disappointed in him. Today was the final nail in his character's coffin to me. He continues to be blind toward his family's abuse of Sai, his IPS mind is not triggered when one of them says that they were holding on to Sai's hands, he can insult his mom one day, ask for forgiveness another day and insult her again. He has made absolutely nothing clear to Patralekha about their relationship or Sai's issues with it and lastly, he has no faith in his wife. I am done with his character.

It might be the first time for me in ITV history that after 100 episodes, I do not ship the main leads. I will be happy to see Sai move out of the house, infact I will gleefully watch that, divorces Virat and Virat and Patralekha marry each other. Virat really does not care about a woman's self respect or morality. All he wants is peace at home, no matter if his wife is being abused, his mom is being abused, if he is constantly lied to. Nothing matters, just everyone should adhere quietly to Bhavani and respect elders. With his kind of thinking, Patralekha is seriously the best fit for him. Sai deserves so much better in a man and in a family. She is 18, has her whole life in front of her, there is no reason for her stick in that house. I definitely don't want her to realize her feelings or think about it. Just pack her bags and move out. I am disappointed in Ashwini too since last 2 episodes. Every time she preaches to Sai about Virat's love and concern for her, I am like woman please go talk to your son. He is the one who needs your lectures and leave Sai alone.

When today's last 2 minutes of Virat mesmerized by Sai's beauty made me cringe, I knew that was it for me. We just spent 20 minutes before then watching him tell Karishma to drag Sai down, made her the guilty party without listening to her point of view and telling Ninand, "Kahan jayegi woh" instead of firmly saying that as his wife she lives with him and that's it. And now to Virat, all is forgiven and forgotten just because Sai dressed up and put alta, that is such a wrong way to handle a relationship. What if Sai had come down in salwar and no alta? Would he have given her a chance? I doubt it. Virat proved his mentality today and therefore any romance between them cannot be digested by me. If I read about Virat's repentance and growth of character for a month at the least, I might consider watching this serial again. Otherwise, I am done for good.

Brilliantly put. I am in complete agreement & feel the same way.
