He also gave the reason behind his visit to the dean which is valid of course 'there is a risk of outsiders entering the college premises during freshers party. So please take care of that' for which he also got an assurance from the dean 'no one is allowed into the campus without an ID card'.

Since Sai has that threat from Vittal and gang I felt it was fine for him to make sure about this. Though he used this opportunity to assess his competitor 'jo bhi khet'. 😆
