Wait for sometime and try again. You can also try to log out/in and see

Spam content meaning posting same content again and again (be it Advertisement, phone number and message). Check spelling if there is any mistake.

And since you are a Newbie, you can only post 10 post in a day.

Its still not working.. it keeps on saying spam content.. what exactly is spam content?????
